Just a driver service

Disappointing it is not as advertised- this is not a tour but purely a driver service and should be advertised as such. On the positive side driver communicated well before the trip and arrived promptly. The van was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The driver was very kind and considerate however there was no commentary on the beautiful scenery or any explanations offered. He dropped us at a winery at 9am with the owner very confused and asking us why we were there? At the southern point the driver was confused where facilities were and offered no recommendation for lunch options. We have done several private tours this holiday and all have provided commentaries and information. I have emailed messages the tour operator but have had no response.
