Smooth flight

Awesome experience. The flight felt so safe. Landing was smooth, the ride felt safe. The pilot was nice and jovial. He was interested in our safety and enjoyment of the flight. He's experienced too, been flying the helicopter for 15 years.

We had an Amazing experience, people are very friendly specially the girl who attended us, I forgot her name but I uploaded her photo with with me, she took a very nice pictures and videos of us! Just like a pro! We love it! The pilot was very nice too. Being able to see the sea on top of the ocean was truly amazing.

My guests and I had an amazing time! The team served us well. Made sure we were all safe and our experience was great. We had a bottle of champagne after the experience and a good relaxation time at their lounge. Shoutout to Nick our pilot and Roxanne how assisted and made sure we got out photos right. 10/10 I recommend

Our experience with the helicopter tour was a mix of awe and disappointment. First and foremost, avoid buying the "deal" from Viator; it's cheaper when you book directly. The views were incredible, and we saw a lot from above, but we are giving it only 2 out of 5 stars for several reasons: - We deducted one star because they did not offer any champagne, even though the title clearly stated that champagne was included. - Another two stars were deducted because we wanted to upgrade our flight from "The Hopper" route, which is 12 minutes, to the "Camps Bay and Hout Bay" route, which is 16 minutes. The upgrade cost us an additional €233, despite already having paid €110 per person for the initial flight through here. Had we known beforehand, we would have booked directly through their website, where the 16-minute route costs €158 per person and includes a 30-minute harbor boat cruise. This means we paid a total of €453 for two people, without the champagne and without the boat cruise, whereas the website price is €316 for two people with the boat cruise included. We find this discrepancy unacceptable and feel it was a rip-off, which is why we are giving only 2 stars despite the beautiful views.

The whole experience could have been the best thing ever, but unfortunately the service wasn’t the best. For me the pilot and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more communicative and sympathetic. Hopefully they treat the other customers better.

Flying in a chopper is real fun, specially in a city like Cape Town. Beautiful views of city & landscape from the air. Sport Helicopters did a great job. We were up in the air in no time at all. I may be mistaken but Matt was the name of our pilot. He really made sure we were enjoying the experience. Highly recommended...

Cool experience but where was our wine?

The ride was fantastic. The pilot was very pleasant. We loved Nick and he felt very experienced with this type of aviation. However, when we bought our tickets it came with a complementary sparkling wine which was never offered to us, that sucked.

Great experience, Disappointing Service Provider

The helicopter ride itself was absolutely stunning and well worth it. Definitely recommended to everyone. However, we were disappointed with the service provider, as the voucher mentioned that Champagne was included after the helicopter ride and nothing was provided (not even a bottle of water). Additionally, the staff was not very friendly, it was as if they were rushing our experience to get it over and done with. I would NOT recommend using this service provider to anyone.
