- Entrance fee - Atlantis Dunes is a protected area. The government requires a conservation permit for every visitor. This fee goes directly to the reserve for maintenance and preservationZAR260.00 per booking

This was such a fun experience with expert guides including Simon and his colleague who's name i unfortunately am not able to remember. They are so much fun and caring guides and made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe.

Good afternoon I'm really disappointed in you guys it’s been 9months im trying to get a refund or another day to go to the dunes since I arrived 10mims late and y’all said i cant come in so my 1300 just went to waste?

This was the best experience me & my friends had riding ATV’s. Great if you want to let loose and ride hard. Our tour guide was very accommodating and offered to take plenty of pictures and videos of us while we rode. The location is beautiful. It’s easy to get lost in your surroundings so be sure to pay attention. We rode in a group of 3 which allowed us to ride at high speeds however there were several groups there who rode with families so they cater to all parties and riding preferences. The guides and workers were very pleasant. A++ experience!

The ride good but the instructor was very impatient. Also we paid extra R50 x 8 = R400 for photos and we didn't get any photos from anyone except our own phones

Came all the way from Pretoria solo ,expecting beautiful memories “ +photos” that they state non,stressfully when requesting for Uber and bolt no network connection and non to take you back to town ,had to hike for lifts .bad experience bad day

It was honestly a wonderful experience. We arrived at the Dunes about an hour and a half before our booking in fear of our booking being forfeited as mentioned in the policy. Everyone is kind and welcoming. There are about two or more food trucks for refreshments. It’s a beautiful drive. We took a myciti from Cape Town to Atlantis and then we requested an Uber (priority) from the Atlantis station to the Dunes. I fell off the quad bike but I wasn’t injured at all just had a lot of sand on me. You just have to be careful when driving but the guide cautions you as well. The guide also takes pictures and videos of you with your device if requested. 100% awesome 100% recommendable.

We were booked for 4pm and due to the strike we made means to arrive there early. Fortunately we got there around 1pm and we were told they are closing because of the strike and they did the same thing the previous day. At no point did anyone call us to tell us that they will be closing early. Meaning if we got there at 4pm we would have waisted R1000 for uber to get there. Secondly we biked for 30 minutes if not less as we stopped to take pictures but we were combined with another team that we found there and had to wait for them to take pictures. The other group left 35 minutes before us while we were waiting for someone to figure out whether they should allow us to go through or not. I could go on and on but bottom line is we were not happy at all.

We are very sorry for not giving it was a disaster in Cape Town during taxi operators strikes. Though the message given to the clients was very clear that the nature reserve was to be opened during those days but if by any chance the reserve would receive any threats from the taxi operators the Atlantis Dunes was to be closed with immediate effect. And client's were given a chance to either get your full refund or reschedule to any date of your choosing.
All was done for the safety of clients.

Great experience indeed but the price doesn’t include park fees which is about R140 per person therefore the cost presented on the website is misleading.

We are glad that you enjoyed our service however before even making a booking our service states that there is a Quadbiking entrance fee of 118 which needs to be purchased only and only at the Permit office on the day of the activity.

We booked 4 days prior and secured an appointment for 14h00 . We got confirmation but when we got there we were told that they are overbooked and they cannot accommodate us, we should ask for a refund online or come back at 18h00. We settled for 18h00 considering that we had travelled from Downtown Cape Town and had requested that our Uber driver wait for us whilst we go biking.
It was just a mess, ended up hanging around at Melkbos strand while waiting for 18h00

Tour provider Charles called me yesterday and rescheduled our confirmed 1pm 02Jan 2023 booking to 03 Jan 2023 at 11am. When we arrived @the Dunes today they now claim confirmation was not finalized, so unprofessional
