Gorgeous Tour - Whales, Wine and Scenery

Remi our tour guide was great! He was great at communicating with us in the morning when he was delayed due to traffic and stayed in constant contact with the hotel until he arrived. Along our drive to Hermanus Bay, he provided interesting information about many of the places we drove by and great context about South African history. He stayed in constant touch with us about where to meet and even added a few additional stops for photos along the way. We loved all the stops on the tour and Remi was friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed spending our day with him and this was a perfect tour to see some beautiful scenic parts of South Africa.

Hi Paule My sincere apologies if you have not yet received your refund i have since responded to Viator's emails requesting this refund. I am not sure how the system works but i got more than 2 emails asking me to authorize the refund and i did am not sure why they have not yet refunded you. Sorry
