Our driver was very professional and pleasant. The car was clean and new. Our flight was delayed 1.5 hours and I messaged him in the Viator app to alert him. He replied right away and adjusted the pick up time with no problem. I would definitely use him again.

Our airport transfer with David went very well. He gave us excellent insight and recommendations when we arrived in Cape Town.

Our driver was stuck in traffic, and was a little late, but we were in contact with the company, and they were very helpful, by communicating with us and the driver. Everything went fine, and he drove safely. Got to the airport with time to spare!

This was just what we needed, arriving late at night after a long flight. Our driver was easy to find, the trip to our hotel was quick and smooth. Much better in my opinion than trying to find a (trustworthy) taxi ride.

Driver was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was waiting for us in the airport and even at the late hour, shared some information about Cape Town with us.
Airport pickup and hotel drop off was perfect. Driver was waiting for us inside the airport terminal with a sign listing my name and transported us to our hotel in a timely manner. We couldn’t ask for better service!
The driver, Ambrose, was prompt, waiting for us with a sign upon exiting our flight. He was courteous, respectful and informative.

Super convenient, safe, and easy way to get to your hotel from the airport as a solo traveler. Garth was wonderful!
Make sure to double check directly with the company whether you're booking a return trip to the airport, as well.
Was the perfect experience. Ambrose was waiting on us at baggage claim, and loaded our bags into the car. Told us about the city as we passed by things and was super courteous.
We took this transfer both from and to the airport. Great service...prompt, friendly, professional. Would highly recommend. We had Ambrose in one direction and David in the other....they were both fantastic. On future visits, I would definitely look into tours with this company.
Ambrose was waiting for us in the arrival hall and helped with our luggage to the car. He managed to stack all our numerous suitcases in his vehicle. An on-time smooth transfer to the hotel is what we need after a long flight. Kudos to Ambrose for making our arrival feel so seamless.
