Great place to see Africa's Big 5. Value for money. Very informative guides. Reasonably close to Cape Town.

Beautiful game reserve and we got to see four of the Big 5. The guide was informative, the wildlife came pretty close, and the sights within the park were beautiful! There were some technical difficulties during the tour but the guide and the park handled it efficiently and made the best time out of our trip. Highly recommend this excursion!

Complete rip off never got to the park, had contact with operator about times before arrival sat parking lot over 2.5 hrs waiting on others to get off ship then told we could not go to park. taken to crap winery made to pay for own lunch last stop a 5 dollar run down petting zoo then returned to our ship Viator says this is within their policy so was full charged for day

We were very excited to go on our first safari and we weren't disappointed. We saw zebras, giraffe, hippos, ostrich, elephants and lions. The lions were kept in a separate area, so a bit of a different experience with them. The elephants were the highlight for us and could not believe how close we were able to get for photos. Lunch prior to the safari is okay. Prior to the safari we stopped at Fairview winery for a wine and cheese pairing which we were enjoying immensely, but it was cut short as we were running late.

At first, we were disappointed in the way the safari was presented to us. the entry fee to Aquila had to be paid on top of the fee we paid to Viator. It was an additional $62 dollars. It should have been stated on the site that there were other fees to be paid at the office of Aquila prior to departing. Once we settled the matter, we were on our way and the ride was beautiful. The scenery, spectacular. The entry was nice. The service and lunch was good. The only complaint is the lack of animals we saw. I understand it is a private secluded habitat, but we did expect to see more animals. We only saw 3 lions, 4 elephants, a few Rhinos, wild Ostriches, Baboons, 2 giraffes, a few buffalos, zebras, 3 hippos and a few African deer. The driver was knowledgeable and informative. The service was good. The area made you feel like you were entering Jurassic Park. We just expected a lot more animals. overall, a good experience.

We enjoyed the beautiful lodge, where we had an outstanding lunch buffet, prior to the Safari. The big 5 were the highlight of the tour. We were able to to get very close for excellent pictures.

Très belle excursion, de part la beauté du site, la qualité des prestations de cette réserve et l’accueil (vous pourrez bénéficier d’un superbe buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner et d’une dégustation de vin lors du safari). Cette journée a été particulièrement réussi grâce à notre conducteur et guide Tafadhali N Lubungo, particulièrement sympathique et avec lequel nous avons des discussions très enrichissantes (Giraffe Horizons Tours).
