Bad communication, no res found

I received a confirmation number from Viator along with the name and contact number of the pick up company. The driver did not show up at 1:00 pm, the appointed time. After a 10 minute wait, I called the company number on the reservation. They did not have a res in my name. They sent a substitute driver but took too long to arrive. I advised them that I could wait no longer and found alternate transportation. By the time the driver arrived, more than a half hour late, I was gone. I do not know where the ball was dropped but certainly my confidence and trust in booking through your company has been compromised.
