With this prebooked Cape Town International Airport transfer, travel with peace of mind knowing your transportation is taken care of, and have more time for exploring and relaxing. Inbound travelers are taken from the airport directly to their Capetown stay, while outbound travelers can organize pickups from anywhere in central Cape Town.

Our driver was waiting with a name sign at arrivals when we had completed customs and gotten our luggage. He was friendly and drove us safely to our hotel in Cape Town.

Did my part as a paying customer. Arrived in Cape Town after a 11 hour flight from Amsterdam. I believed once we reached the arrivals hall I would be greeted by a driver from Citi Tours. No one was there waiting there for 10 minutes before I reached out to the company. No reply was received. I then reached out directly to Viator which I received a quick reply for help. The contract worked with me to try to help find out what happened. After 35 minutes between her and myself. There was no reply from Citi Tours. I hired another company there at the airport to book the transportation to the hotel. After securing the new company and in the car. Citi tours reached to me But asking me where was I located..but the booking was pick up at the Cape Town airport. I have used Viator in all my travels this was the first disappointment in all my travel. It was simply Citi Tours here in Cape Town.

My son was looking and waiting for driver for 40 min after 36 h flight and with 2 heavy suit cases. I called the office 3 times without much help. Unacceptable. Airport has many other options for transfer without major aggravation. I will not recommend this company

Please be advised our driver was at arrivals to meet your son despite the flight being 5.28hrs late. You did not supply your sons contact number so we could not communicate with him. We therefore tried to call you & your hotel multiple times to find your son. We can supply driver gps tracking and call logs as proof.
