Go through the allocated cruise terminal and exit the port. You guide will be waiting at the main gate holding a "Shore Excursions Deal" sign.

Itinerary

After docking in Cadiz, venture to the pre-arranged meeting point located near the port. Greet your guide and climb aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan to venture to your first stop.

Listen as your guide recount’s the city’s 3,000-year history in a series of fascinating facts; learn about the Moorish, Roman and Baroque influence present in the architecture while enjoying the seaside splendor of the city.

Cadiz Shore Excursions: is a tour lasting 4 hours telling the history of the founding of Cadiz and showing the historical monuments of the city. Part is by bus and the last part by a stroll through the main squares of the city.

Very well organised and well worth the price. Easy walking, knowledgeable guides and very friendly !! Anita and Louis provided insights into tge history and buildings. The shirt bus trip gives a great overview before the walking part. Walking between the various squares and markets was well paced, with plenty of breaks. The final stop for the sherry and cheese tasting tops off the day. A short walk from there back to the ship.

Anita is the most absolutely lovely tour guide! Her voice and accent are so calming and delightful to listen to! We were in a larger group that split into 2 after a a scenic bus ride. Adele was an excellent guide. When it started to rain she pulled out rain ponchos to keep us protected. Informative and entertaining. The sherry and cheese and bonus free internet at the hotel were a welcome end to the day.

This was a great tour, we ran into an unexpected marathon which changed the route a little but it didn’t matter at all as we had the very capable and knowledgeable Anita to guide us on our way, we learnt a lot from our tour, the pace was gentle, small group which we loved, she even stopped to accommodate me buying some sweets that I had mentioned. Was easy to find the meeting spot if you followed the detailed directions given beforehand. Easy to understand and a blessing for English speakers!

This was a wonderful tour that we enjoyed very much. We started off in an air-conditioned car and drove around to the different neighborhoods and got a true feeling of what could use was all about. Then we had a wonderful tour on Foot backstreet and got to see the important monuments in churches, etc., and finally, we ended up at a rooftop restaurant where we had the most delicious sherry tasting accompanied with cheese! What a wonderful way to end this excursion! We would highly recommend it comfortable, casual, and classy! Enjoy

Excellent tour. Anita accompanied our group during the whole tour. She gave us all the historical facts at each stop. We enjoyed time in our own at the outdoor market. We sat at the top of the hotel terraza and enjoy a sherry and cheese tastings. Perfect way to spend your day in Cadiz, Spain.

Anita was an excellent and entertaining guide We did a short scenic drive and then a good walking tour. Apparently two tours were combined as we had paid for the sherry and cheese tasting and some people had not signed up for that portion but got it any way. I had expected more than one type of cheese, maybe a second stop for the tasting but I might have misread the overview. We did get a great tour of Cadiz

Tour guide never showed up. We tried to call and couldn't get through. Employees from other tour companies tried to help us contact your tour and also were unable to get through. We have previously used viator but this experience has really made us hesitate to use you again. We will be contacting viator about getting our money back.

Tour was very boring. The bus tour portion was mostly walking. The walking tour portion retraced some of the sights on the walking portion of the bus tour. Nothing remarkable. Walking through narrow city streets with very little comment from the guide. Although the tour description advised there would be a bottle of water provided, no water was given out. There were 8 of us on the tour. 6 of us of the 8 left about half way through the tour and walked back to the ship. Pretty much a waste of time. Would not recommend this. Not up to the usual Viator high standards.

Pablo was our tour guide and he was AWESOME! He met us on time at the agreed upon location and wasted no time in taking us on an absolutely fabulous tour. Cadiz is not very large and he led us on a tour that we will always remember. To start, he had arranged to have a driver for us to take us along a few parts of the town. We stopped about 6 times with the driver where we got out and Pablo showed us and explained the most fascinating historical aspects of this very special town. After a while, the driver departed and we resumed the remainder of our tour on foot. We visited many wonderful areas of Cadiz and even took a break at a lovely cafe. Pablo loves Cadiz and his pride was evident in his enthusiasm throughout the tour. He was always pleasant and went out of his way to ensure we were happy during the entire tour. His English is excellent too. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. If you are visiting Cadiz, you will be doing a disservice to yourself if you do not book this tour and ensure that Pablo is your guide. Many thanks to Pablo!!
