I love this hop on hop off bus. I just wish it was more frequent. I do these everywhere I travel and truly enjoy them. This tour gave you enough time to see different spots, but there were times that it would've been nice if there were more buses.

It's okay for a small port city. Some of the busses need to be upgraded with headphone outlets that actually work.

They should make sure that they have a phone that works if they prepaid for the trip because I had to pay twice because I couldn’t get my phone to work. Now I’m gonna have to try to get my money back somehow.

Not great viewing of key sites from the bus. Busses so crowded that you were afraid to get off that you would stand in line for many minutes again to get back on.
I wouldn’t say don’t do it but it is truly an average experience.
Employees did a nice job handling crowds of people waiting in line.

Was great until we waited about 40-45 min for the hop on hop off at stop 13 in order to get back to the ship at 2:30p or so. What happened to every 20 min?

Nice tour that lasts about an hour and 15 minutes. A lot of dead time between narratives that could expand on some of the history that was just touched upon.
Biggest issue was headphones not working. Ourselves and others changed seats multiple times looking for working ear plugins.
I would recommend this tour.

Booking this trip from Spain via my mobile app was extremely slow and as a result I erroneous ended up paying twice. I stupidly thought i could sort the problem out on my return home.
I did not want to deal with it while on holiday with my small son at my side.
Apparenly, you have to deal with the issue within 1 hour otherwise no refund is payable.
VIATOR ACCEPT I COULDNT CLONE MYSELF AND USE BOTH TICKETS AT THE SAME TIME AND ACCEPT ONE TICKET HAS NOT BEEN USED. NO REFUND IS DUE BECAUSE I WAITED TO GET HOME TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE.
Be careful booking with this company!!!!!!
ps Marino on customer services was also extremely unhelpful and arrogant even stating that my error and failure to react inside the hour had obvious consequences.

The route is excellent. There should be a time table/schedule on each bus stop. This would help us mange the time better. We visited during a really hot day in Cadiz. There is no cover on the upper deck of the bus and no air conditioning in the lower level. It is uncomfortable.

Waiting for half an hour at a stop without explanation. Buses cancelled in afternoon on Fiesta days but this was not flagged up to use when we purchased them. So we missed out on 50% of our purchased ticket time.

We arrrived for a tour at 3.15 in line with the times Viator said however it turned out the last tour was at 1pm. We weren’t able to check local information as we weren’t there earlier. We would like a refund as we missed the whole tour as the information was wrong on the Viator website

Getting off the bus. Bud route was follows ass backwards. English earbuds never called the stop by the same name as the mapbthey gave you. Driver never said how to find the place to reboard or how long u would wait for nxt bus A real waste of time and money

We only had one day in the city. This tour gave us a good overview to start. The city streets are very narrow, so a large tour bus won’t fit down them. This bus goes around the outside, along the water. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best you can expect for a 3,000 year old city with the layout as it is. Very informative narration. Wish we would have timed it better to be able to take the free walking tour that is offered with this. Suggest watching your timing if you want to fit that in.

The majority of these buses they don't offer Greek language. By the way in Cadiz they had . Unfortunately it was the only one that you couldn't hear because of prolem in our bus . The only response of them was " take the next bus " (1 hour later) . The background music also was Medieval !!! Nothing to do with summer in Cadiz ....

Easy to use and well narrated tour. I’d recommend this service for anyone visiting Cadiz. We did the full circuit first to become familiar, then used it to get around the community.

Easy to access if arriving by ship as just outside the port gates

This was one of the better Hop-On Hop-Off tours on our 30-day trip. I made one trip in the air conditioned lower deck and then moved to upper deck for a second round. It was covered so was able to get lots of pictures. This was a contrast to most European ones which are without cover from the sun.
