Mateo was great. We had time to take photos and see the whole city. He had a lot of history to share about each place we stopped and was very personable. Definitely would recommend this as a way to visit the city.

Great way to see Cádiz and learn the history. Our guide Anna was friendly and informative while keeping our group of 15 together. The ride is basically flat and mostly on dedicated bike lanes with a lot of stops for sightseeing and communication.

This was a a very good bike tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. I wished we'd been able to ride more, but our tour guide was trying to be mindful of the fitness levels of the group - which is good. The bikes were perfect for our use and I would definitely recommend.

The Bike shop is hard to find as the map link took us to the starting point not the actual shop. very frustrating as we arrived early and the bad directions made us late and delayed the entire group.

Daniel was a wonderful tour guide. We were a bit lost finding the meeting spot, but he quickly came to our rescue. The tour route was perfect for a bike, highlighted some interesting places and was about five total miles. There was a time for a water/bathroom break as well. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cadiz is a beautiful city.
It was hard to find the bike shop. Have someone help you using the street address once you are at the square. Google just kept telling us we were going the wrong way no matter which way we went.

I actually didn’t go for this particular tour, as there was no one else but me, so the company upgraded me with a different one. And I’m lucky they did.

Great tour. Excellent guide. Easy ride. Very informative. We didn't have a lot of time in port, so this was perfect. Easy to find location. Bikes could have used a bit more TLC, but no issues.

I was at first worried, as the bikes appeared to be dated as we approached the bike shop, but they functioned wonderfully, and mine rode so smooth. Jorge was a wonderful guide, and I truly enjoyed the tour. Truly.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and I loved learning from her. It was a little tricky finding the meeting point (the Google address sent was not the one where we met. We met in front of the shop, but the geolocalisation sent is in the main plaza).

We booked this tour as we were arriving on a cruise ship and we wanted an independent tour of the city. This is the first negative review we have ever written, as we prefer to take issues up direct, but as there were real issues which were met with apologies but disappointingly no solutions, we share this review. Some of the reasons given to our feedback were that it was the end of the season, but if the company is still operating clients expect safe quality and ongoing maintenance. We chose this company as they had overall very good reviews and were very close to the cruise terminal. They had not addressed the existing negative review about safety due to poor bike conditions. Communication before the tour was not answered.
We are experienced cyclists; this was a cycling tour and the bikes were poor quality, heavy and poorly maintained. Brakes did not work well, gears were unusable - we had to stay in the lowest gear even on the flat. Some of the bikes had bald tyres. A cycling tour requires good quality and well maintained cycles. Maeve was a good guide but the poor quality of the bikes negatively affected the overall experience. It’s a shame as the location could be a real opportunity for many to experience an overview of the city of Cadiz.

This was a good tour. We had a very good tour guide however the bikes were not in very good condition the brakes did not work well and Cadiz is very crowded with tourist so you had to be very careful on the bike.

Clara was a very personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. She taught us so much about the rich history of Cadiz on our beautiful scenic bike tour. This experience added greatly to our time in Cadiz .important note—Cadifornia bike tours is around the corner from city hall and you need to go to thier shop rather than searching for a pink umbrella in the square
