Giant money grab

I feel like we got scammed. When we got there, everything was an upgrade. We paid $960 for 4 of us and when we got there. They said that was for one 4 seater and it would be $300 additional if we wanted 2 two seaters. They ended up giving us 2 cars but not until I complained. They wanted an additional $150 for a “private tour” which was just the 4 of us. The advertisement says it a 3 hr tour, The desk said 2 hrs, the guide said 1 hr and 45 minutes, and you are in the car for less then an hr. The 1:45 included so many stops. Beach, gift shop for bathroom break even though we told him nobody had to go, cliff stop for photos with their photographer, 2nd beach stop. After the ride, tequila tasting was limited to 3 tastings. Photos that they took, we were unable to get anyone to help us see them but then we saw the price ($220 usd) so we stopped trying to see them. Only thing that made it 2 stars was our guide Daniel. He was great.

Tons of fun ripping up and down the beach and the dried up river bed. Well worth the $$$! Definite plan on wearing a scarf or something for the dust.

"Private" not private at all tour

The tour once inside que vehicle is awesome. But that is it. First, right after I booked the tour operator sent me a private msg asking If I wanted a Priva Tour for an extra 140 dolars; i said yes. On the day of the tour, we were at the hotel waiting for the shuttle to pick us up. Nobody showed up. I sent the tour guy a message and he said the van waited for us at the lobby and left. Well, wanst it a private tour? How come the person who picks us up does not even call for us? Dont call it a private tour if it is not (first of all). We had to grab an uber and pay an extra 50 dollars to arrive at the tour place. When we arrived a huge line of people, the check in took us 50 minutes (terrible experience for a private tour). After that, come the little surprises, you have to leave a 1.000 USD deposit or pay an extra 60 dollars for insurance of the vehicle. OK ... all set now..paid the extras...Once we got the tour guide and our car, the ride was super nice and the guide Pedro was amazing. BUT, once it ended, again the "private tour" was not private. We had to wait for another 1 hour to get our van (which was not private) and stopped in 3 different places before dropping us of back at the hotel. This tour operator cannot sell this as a private tour, because IT IS NOT A PRIVATE TOUR. (please review the concept mr tour operator). Because of the terrible and slow service I do not recommend to anyone.

Awesome UTV tour

UTV tour was great had lots of fun. The tour we picked through viator seemed a bit different once we got there. Ride was for 1 hr and 10 mins according to the guide and then a tequila tasting at the end. The tour listing mentioned 3 hrs approx. so that was a bit different than expected. Even with this we still had a great time and lots of fun.
