4 Hours is Long Enough for This Tour

We signed up for a 4 hour BTS highlight tour. Our tour guide talked us into 6 hours and we had to get out extra cash to pay the difference. Would have been great if there were six hours of highlights but honestly the four would have been enough. The fish market was a bit unnecessary since I don’t see a BTS connection. In short, DON’T get talked into the longer session, save yourself the 130,000 won.

According to our guide, your group expressed an interest in visiting additional locations, including Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. Based on your request, the tour was extended beyond the original 4-hour itinerary. Before continuing, the guide explained that the tour would be upgraded to our full-day (8-hour) private tour, and your group agreed to the additional charge of KRW 120,000. Later in the tour, your group mentioned that you were feeling tired and preferred to return to your accommodation earlier than originally planned. We, of course, respected your wishes and ended the tour after approximately six hours. We regret that this led to a different impression than intended. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure that any future tour extension options are communicated even more clearly to avoid any misunderstanding. Thank you again for visiting Busan, and we wish you all the best.

I had an absolute blast and a half with Dylan! He was very professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable about Korean history in the surrounding areas, very helpful with taking pictures, and even helped me translate in the market when I was shopping for a hanbok. As a young, solo traveler, he made me feel incredibly safe. 10/10 recommend this tour for anyone visiting Busan. It was well worth every penny and I will be booking again when I come back with my family!

Our tour guide was Jason Lee, he was amazing and went above and beyond to make the tour memorable. He was so experienced, we were able to see all of the attractions before the crowds of tourists. It was honestly perfect!

BTS fun in Busan

Jason was a wonderful guide from start to finish! He took us to all the BTS sites that we wanted to see as well as sharing cultural information about Busan. He made sure that we had enough time at each stop and took so many amazing pictures for our group. He kept us singing and laughing and throughout the day. I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour hit all the main spots ARMY would want to visit on a trip to Busan. Dylan was an entertaining tour guide and shared also about the culture and history of Busan. Short but interesting tour. My friend is a K- pop fan so she knows the group. She wanted to see Z Millennial Cafe which is owned by the father of one of the singers. Our tour guide Jake told us that 2 of BTS singers are from Busan. I’m not really into K pop so I cannot comment on anything. Jake went above and beyond as a tour guide. If you are an ARMY, then this tour is denifitely for you.

Such a great experience. Booked this tour for my grandmother who is a BTS fan and Dylan (our tour guide) made it such a memorable day out. Stress-free tour that my family greatly enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to Busan!
