I love the trip to Jinhae that day. Weather was perfect, although it was rather hot near noon time. The cherry blossoms were mesmerizing and despite having a big tour group that day, our tour guide Lucy was able to manage the tour very well with clear communications and always mindful of our safety. Overall, I had a great time viewing Cherry Blossoms for the first time in Korea!

Overall the experience was good, and Lucy kept us on track to get us through the tour efficiently. She also took pics of our family which was very sweet of her. The trip to the location was long (approx 1.5-2 hrs each way) and the tour felt a bit rushed. Also, the advertisement is not correct as we only spent 40 minutes rather than two hours and 40 minutes at the last stop. I feel the first stop was not necessary as it was more of the same at the other two stops. I would have liked more time at the final stop so we could enjoy the festival and the monorail but 40 min is just not enough time. I would change the itinerary around to allow for more time to enjoy at the stops but we did get to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom which was the point of the tour.

The blossoms were breathtaking, of course, but what truly made the experience special was our tour guide, Young. From the very start, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You could immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does — and that passion came through in every story, every detail, and every thoughtful moment throughout the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable; sharing fascinating insights about Korean history and cultural significance. He also went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Whether it was offering detailed recommendations for food, answering every question with care, or simply checking in with a warm smile, he made us all feel so well looked after. Not to mention how he came to my rescue several days after my tour to offer some translation help. This wasn’t just a tour — it was an experience filled with heart, beauty, and genuine connection. Beautiful blossoms! Tour too long

I think seeing the blossoms was great. It was lovely to see the train and the river and all the trees in bloom. The guide was very sweet! And our driver, BK, was amazing and provided recommendations for food in Busan (other than Korean BBQ!) When the guide realized the festival was over, however, she should have cut the tour short because there wasn’t anything else to see in Jinhae. Instead we wandered aimlessly in a basically dead town for 1.5 hours.
