The Tour, though well-organized and implemented, was over-priced. Also, we were not allowed to skip the line at Maranello Museum. The Bus Tour of the Maranello Factory was underwhelming!

The museums were very interesting, you don’t need to be a Ferrari supporter to appreciate and enjoy the history of Ferrari.

The exhibits in the museum were fantastic. I wish we had a little more direction from the driver. He spoke very little English . We almost missed a whole part of the museum. The tour of the test track and factory was just a busy ride so not very worth it. Go to both museums and do the simulator. I didn't think this package was worth the price

Regarding the panoramic tour of the track, some days are busier than others but our customers, like you, have reserved seats.

The whole trip was wonderful. It was a treat for my husband and I wasn’t particularly looking forward to it. But it was so magnificent there and well done. Very impressive museum and factory tour. I loved it. Also the driver made it. Claudio was friendly, polite and professional. Told us lots of interesting facts about the area. Loved driving through the countryside in Modena.
He even to a spot on the way back to get a fantastic view of Bologna.

We took an early morning train from Rome to Bologna to start this experience of a lifetime! Our private car operator was thoroughly experienced in the routine, speedily taking us to each venue, where he made all arrangements for times, tour times and such. We never felt rushed at any time, taking our time to make memories as we did everything Ferrari. The museums were all expertly run about Ferrari and his cars. We finished with an excellent meal of pasta with wine, at La Palazzina Ristorante in Formigine before returning to Bologna and Rome. Highly recommend.

Very well organized and the communication all the way through the booking process was great. Very pleasant driver who was on time and helpful.
The whole day was great, the timing in both locations was good. Had a lovely lunch at a trattoria on the way home. I will definitely recommend to others!

This tour was awesome, great access to the Ferrari museum and a lot of great Ferrari cars to learn about and take pictures with. Very extensive history on Ferrari racing to present day.
Our guide was very friendly and told us the history of various places we passed along our way to the tour.
The test drive experience is highly recommended if you want to experience being behind the wheel of one of these machines. Highly recommend this tour for any Ferrari fan or motor enthusiast!

The track tour and citadel access that we booked was not available and we should have had that fully explained and be able to cancel. Simulator replacement is not a viable option and frankly is just a video game. Driver seemed uninterested in tour and did not speak any English. Claimed to show us the track as we drove over a bridge but this was not the case. Extremely expensive tour and poor value for money.

The whole tour was fantastic, the driver Adriano was very helpful he only spoke Italian but with our small knowledge of Italian plus Spanish and Portuguese was good enough to communicate. We really enjoyed Adriano’s company.

Our Driver Adriano - not only did we learn a lot about Ferrari - Adriano taught gave us insight into the history of the man, his cities, region and country. It is absolutely indispensable to have a local share his knowledge of a country he knows and loves so well.

Smooth ride and convenient to be picked up at hotel. Sufficient time given to see all the Ferrari attractions. A tad pricey as compared to all the other Viator day tours we have taken over the years.

My husband and I were picked up from our hotel in Bologna by "Naz" in a nice clean Ford and driven to the Ferrari Factory where we spent perhaps 1.5 hours. Then he directed us to a bus where we were given a tour around the factory grounds - all English speaking. When the bus returned Naz was there to take us to a second Museum. After our time there, he drove us to a beautiful restaurant in the country where we were treated to a wonderful lunch with wine and desert - ordering off the menu. It was a very interesting day and Naz was awesome.

Come and go as we wanted from Milan. Spoke With 3 different people
At tour colony. Bologna tours DO NOT USE THEM. They said they would pick us up at 7:30am for our 9:30am museum entrance. They didn't pick us up until 9:15am!!!! It was a complete joke we didn't get to Maranello until 11am so we missed the entire first part of our tour. Than everything was rushed lunch in 20 Mins just so we could rush through the Enzo museum. It was a complete joke then 2 hour car ride back home
I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND FOR MISSING OUR DEPARTURE TIME SO BADLY. Nothing don't do this with this guide. Find another use a high speed train. The pick up was costly and you don't get what you paid for.

Did we have a good time? Absolutely. Was there room for improvement? Absolutely. Basically, you get a private driver, chauffeuring you to 2 different museums and lunch but you don't have any sort of person with the company that meets you anywhere and tells you where to go or what to do. We kinda had to guess and ask questions to the people who worked at the museum.
So first, the company. Started out good with the itinerary being texted to me the evening prior - we got our driver's name and the time/location of everything outlined. The morning of, we had no idea where to meet our driver exactly or what he looked like. Ended up staring at each other for about 3 minutes in the hotel lobby before he approached and said our last name... that was all the English he spoke. It made for difficult communication for telling us when he was going to pick us back up and where but we figured it out. It would have been nice to have someone from the company meet us at the first museum, speak English, and provide us direction. They also did not tell us that an FFP2 mask was required for the bus "old factory tour" so we had to buy one there even though we had some back in the hotel room. And boy did we feel uncomfortable at the restaurant they had booked. Everyone was in Italian suits and dresses and we were put in a corner with our jeans and tank top/t-shirts. But the food was really good. All in all, everything worked out but I have 1 word: expectations.
As for the tours, the first museum was really awesome. You could spend forever in there reading everything and looking at everything. We opted to pay extra and did the F1 car simulation and that was fun too! The "old factory tour" was an hour bus ride that didn't allow pictures of anything and was just the outside of the buildings. We didn't actually see anything to even take pictures of. We then went to the track, saw a very small portion of it (some cars were driving on it which was cool), but again, couldn't take pictures of anything. Lunch was delicious. And the final museum was much smaller but provided something different than the previous one so it was good too.
I think we got our money's worth but I hate feeling lost so I don't think I would book a tour with this company again.
