0 - zero STARS the meeting point given us in the reply mail was a place full of homeless people, drug addicted and smell of urin. I tried to contact the given numbers with the help of locals, but nobody answered. Nobody called me trying to figure out where we were... the guide did not show up and I was defrauded of €93 euros for no guided tour at all!!!! SHAME!!!! Hope to have my money back. I can demostrate what I'm saying

Good morning. The tour mentioned above (no. 1347650383) did not take place because Viator did not notify us of this booking through any of the designated emails. Please accept our apologies, and we have already requested that Viator issue the refund you requested and that Viator take responsibility, as it is their obligation to notify us when they receive a booking so that we can process it. Our agency's office, which is the meeting point, is located in the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Cultural Center, situated in the historic and most touristic part of the city. Perhaps because it was New Year's eve, it was very empty that day, which doesn't make it a dangerous place; on the contrary, it's a neighborhood heavily patrolled by the police since it's surrounded by government buildings. Again, please accept our apologies, but it is beyond our control to operate a tour that VIATOR did not notify us about. REGARDS
