Lovely tour with a local! iñigo is super knowledgeable and super friendly. He customizes the tour showing you the nice spots of Bilbao and also some hidden gems

Our tour guide, Alejandro was in constant contact with us prior to the meeting. It was easy to find him by the Guggenheim Museum. He even brought us a little gift. The tour was very informative and tailored to our interests. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city of Bilbao. He had a great sense of humor as well. He was very caring and obviously enjoyed being a guide and we enjoyed having him as our guide. We highly recommend!

The local guide was so knowledgeable. Obviously knew and loved the city. 2 hour private walking tour took us to all parts of the city. Loved it.

This unfortunately did not meet our expectations. I know it was a customized tour but we know nothing of Bilbao and just paid someone to show us the highlights , the communities and explain the history in a 3 hour tour.
We wandered. Saw communities but got few details. As for history well we could have read most of it online from Wikipedia . She kept asking what we wanted to do but did not deliver on any topic.
We had great tours in San Sebastián and Santiago de Compostela. This one was not worth the money.

Alejandro was great! He walked us through the newer parts of Bilbao and ended in Old City at the Ribera Market so we could grab a glass of wine and a snack We always do a private two hours with a lical on coming to a new city. Its the best way to get oriented.

Cristiana gave us a terrific tour of Bilbao on our first full day in town. It was a great overview of the layout of the city with interesting information about the transformation of the city since the opening of the Guggenheim Museum. She was knowledgeable about various subjects and answered so many questions from us! It was so worth it to have someone devoted to our interests and needs- including giving us recommendations for where to eat lunch. She texted with us ahead of time to learn more about our interests and to confirm location and time.

I would like to clarify that the poor tour guide could not do anything as he was totally incompetent while being a nice guy. I think the company allowing him to do the tour is the one that should be absolutely considered responsible and even the coordination before was terrible. I am thinking never to use Viator anymore as in Bilbao 2 out of 2 were terrible experiences and one quite expensive

Beatriz was lovely, well prepared for our tour and went out of her way to make it special for us. She met us at our accommodations and gave us a tour of the neighborhood we stayed in. She also highlighted major attractions in an around Bilbao, allowing us to have a good understanding of the city’s layout on arrival. Would use both the company and Beatriz again!

Alejandro was a fantastic tour guide. He'd arranged a great 2-hr walking route including a trip up the funicular. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed learning about the city's history from him.

Katie is the best local tour guide that we have ever had! She is very warm and welcoming. We felt like we had known her forever. She made a conscious effort to arrange the tour for our interests. Her knowledge of the area and the history was superb and presented a most interesting way. At the end of the tour she went above, and beyond to make certain that we found our way to our cruise ship bus. I’d just wish she could be our tour guide in every city that we visit.

Beatriz took us to sights that are not in a usual tour. She was very knowledgeable about the areas and the architecture.
She took her time showing us around and gave us recommendations where to go afterwards. It was a great tour!

The tour was a pleasant stroll across the City. The guide was young and pleasant but lacked enough knowledge of cultural idiosyncrasies. For the fee, we would prefer a more seasoned guide.

Great quick overall tour by a delightful person—Kaya. Turns out it was her first tour but we wouldn’t have known this by our tour. She was very interactive, wanted to know what we wanted to see and not see, and was just delightful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Bilboa.

Our guide, Laiene, was superb! She was knowledgeable about Bilbao because she was a true local, born and raised in Bilbao, not a transplant. We bonded with her in just a few hours over so many things-ancestry, customs and culture. She really made our stay in Bilbao so wonderful. We really appreciated how accommodating she was of our interests as well as helpful in booking our airport transport. Even after the tour, she was just a message away. Both knowledgeable and kind, she is a true gem and deserves more than 5 stars.

Begona was a great guide; very knowledgable & gave us a good insight into the town's history. Bilbao was one of the unexpected surprises of the trip. I mainly came up to check out an exhibition at the Guggenheim but was really impressed by the town & have recommended it to a friend whose daughter will be undertaking an exchange program in Spain next year.

With Inigo you will see a lot. This ended up being close to a 6-hour walking tour and I do not think many of the sights were missed. Inigo's English is very good and he has a passion for Bilbao. Although this was a long walking tour, he made sure to set his pace where we would be worn out. We saw many things we would never have seen on our own during our limited time in Bilbao. We heartily recommend this private tour.
