This was a great tour that gave us loads of information about the history of Bilbao. It was a small group which we preferred and our tour guide Samuel was very informative and interested in all of our questions. We would highly recommend this tour.

Never got to tour because of poor directions provided. We took a bus and was surprised when we ended up in a below street bus terminal with no direction from there other than a street map. And no gray hat!

Very informative tour at a good pace. The fudge shop at the end is amazing! Begins and ends near the metro, so easy to find when this is a cruise stop.

This was a very good introductory tour of old town Bilbao. Samuel, our guide, gave us interesting facts and history about the city. He also gave us some good tips for things to see outside of old town.

We were lucky to have Samuel as our guide. With our small group, he answered all our questions and gave us a great historical intro before exploring the old town in detail. He highlighted local culture through architecture and shop windows, and gave us great tips for museums, cafés, and restaurants. A fantastic start to our Bilbao trip – highly recommended

The tour guide was a nice enough guy; but it felt like they just asked a local to show us around. He spoke very softly and didn’t provide very detailed information. Bilboa overall was also very disappointing. I can see Bilboa was once glorious, but is now over run by anti tourist signs and political commentary. The streets in the old town reek of urine. I am told they have been over run by migrants with strong political views. What ever it is; we did not feel safe or welcome.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and welcoming and gave a political and economical account of the city and the region in which he resides. The tour was conducted during a annual festival so was at times very crowded and noisy on the streets. Nethertheless he did his best to engage with the 4 others and myself who were in attendance. This tour was conducted in English with attendees from UK, USA and Norway.

We met at the designated plaza but our guide was supposed to have a grey hat which he didn't so we had to ask a couple of people if they were our guide. There were about 20 in the group so I question if that's considered a small group. 18 of us were on time but we waited 10+ minutes for two women. Finally I told the guide we should start since 18 were on time. It was a lot of walking. He was very knowledgeable about the area.

Van daaruit zijn we door de Casco Viejo gelopen.
Onze gids gaf veel informatie over het ontstaan van Bilbao.
Tevens gaf hij antwoord op de vragen die wij hem stelde.
Het was een heerlijk ontspannen wandeling.
