Miguel and his team in the bike shop were great. Well maintained bikes, friendly local service and great bike trails around the coast from Algorta - highly recommended as a day trip from Bilbao on the metro.

This is THE best way to explore Getxo, the Basque coastline, and to get around the tight streets of the old seaport towns. Make sure there is pleasant weather, and download WhatsApp to communicate with the tour operators (as an American it's easy to forget that every other country uses WhatsApp as the singular form of messaging-so make sure to set up an account before arriving).
