We bought the tickets a few weeks before our trip to China - they sent all info by Watsapp and email - everything worked - we even arrived half an hour earlier and it was no problem to get inside - we recommend it all who want to save time and trouble. Remember that you need to collect your physical tickets with your passport - on the left ofvthe enterance.
