On arrival at the famous Red Theater—a former workers’ club—be shown to your seat in the auditorium. Absorb the expectant atmosphere and then be swept up by the energy and pace of the 'Legend of Kung Fu’ show.

Marvel at the lightning-speed Chinese martial arts and modern dance, watching as highly trained Kung Fu practitioners, acrobats, and dancers showcase their incredible skills and precision choreography to dramatic music. The performance spotlights the talents of some of China’s best Kung Fu artists, theater directors, and designers, as it’s produced by the International Performing Arts Company (CHC)—the country’s leading performance art production group.

The acts tell the story of a young boy who dreams of becoming a Kung Fu master and attaining enlightenment. After becoming a monk, he pursues his vision, overcoming his inner fears and daunting real-life challenges along the way. While there’s no speaking, the story is told via English subtitles above the stage.

Afterward, enjoy a drop-off at your central hotel, bringing your outing to a close.

Incredible show and performance. Lily was fantastic in organising the transfers and show tickets. We had done a morning tour of the forbidden city and were able to be picked from there, taken to the show and returned to our hotel. So convenient!

Our driver was on time, sorted our tickets and was waiting for us on our exit after. I know you can do this cheaper but really why? The transfer just makes the evening, easier and more enjoyable. The show itself was amazing, the guys (and galls) were fantastic in a production of a historical value not just an example of Kung Fu. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed this and would absolutely recommend to others. One tip, buy your goodies before the show starts as its mad rush afterwards and we never did find the refreshments area...
