We had the enjoyable evening and dinner with our host (Incoronata) and her family. She opened her home, her kitchen and her heart to us. I highly recommend requesting dinner with Incoronata Santarsiero when booking in Potenza, Italy.

My husband and I love to travel and find places that are not touristy. When we saw this experience we were excited to meet and visit with local people. Our host was an excellent cook. She was warm and inviting. My husband and I don't speak Italian but with translation apps these days we get by. Our host speaks English about as much as we speak Italian but she is trying to learn. It was fun for all to try to communicate in each language. Our host invited a couple of young ladies to dinner that do speak both Italian and English. That was helpful when things were lost in translation. It was a fun evening filled with conversation and laughter that came to an end too quickly. (the taxi, showed up early) We hope to find ourselves in Potenza again someday and will diffidently book this again!!
