The other passengers canceled so I was the only passenger. I was appreciative that the company didn’t cancel. It was a full, fun experience and the guide, Ken was personable, knowledgeable and made sure that I had a great time.

Not the best experience. Booking was a nightmare. Booked and paid for trip then was notified booking was canceled. Need to rebook or ask for refund. Attempt to rebook was not successful. Contacted tour provider( only by text as phones were never answered) told couldn’t do anything from there end except tell me to book an entirely new trip and ask for refund of original. The actual trip was very very nice except for the fact the last two stops were completely skipped; river road trail and the beach visit. No reasoning was given just skipped and dropped off at resort. Based on the description of trip I could only give 2 stars, but our guide Peter earned the 3rd on his own. Would look for different tour of island next time.

Literally off road & through forest & field with our driver/guide Kenson. He stopped where practical for photos as well as the scheduled stops. The only way to see parts of the island that would be excluded for the average vehicle. Huge fun & would highly recommend

They never showed up at the meeting spot. When I called they claimed I cancelled, I talked to the company I had made the arrangements through and they were able to get me a full refund.

Excellent half day trip. We experienced parts of barbados that you would not otherwise get to see. Wayne, our guide was very informative and helpful. Not a trip for the faint hearted.

Booking this trip was easy through Viator and confirmation arrived quickly. Zeddo was our Suntours guide and driver for the trip. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the island as a whole as well as the stops we made. It was a relaxed and really enjoyable trip visiting some of the highlights of Barbados.

Great trip around the island, Paul knew a lot about every stop and navigated us to some excellent locations. Was clear throughout on toilet opportunities, drinks and where we were going.

Would’ve been a great adventure, if I didn’t know what I’ve missed.

The driver was polite, funny knowledgeable, the views we saws of Barbados were amazing. But I’ve been on the trip before and my family hadn’t. We didn’t get to see the Lions at Gun Hill or as much of the island as previous trips. We ended up buying drinks from a vendor on one of the stops as we were only offered one drink and no snacks. Some of my family members was disappointed as they felt they didn’t get the full experience as I described from previous trips. I feel that once the driver realise we were not all tourists, we didn’t get the full discovery experience.

Our cruise itinery was changed 3 times and still Wayne was there waiting for us. We had the jeep to ourselves! And what a day we had! Wayne basically took us round the whole of Barbados, showing us landmarks and interesting sights. He was so knowledgeable of this beautiful Island and his passion certainly came across. We did a lot of off-roading which was so much fun. He took us to so many breath-taking places, finishing off with a swim in the sea. It will be a day we will never forget and was our favourite trip from the whole cruise. Thank you Wayne, we had a fantastic day.

Great 4x4 outing in Barbados

We were delayed leaving our ship and our driver was on time so had to come back for us which made us late leaving for the trip. He adapted the tour as we only had 3 hours & he said he would take us back to ship & carry on the tour with the other two passengers. We crossed the south of the island at some speed ( a bit scary at times) and had our first off-road experience through a very overhanging & muddy sugar cane plantation - never done that before ! It was a hair raising moment. A few more off road ventures & using the single track roads was certainly different. On arrival in Bathsheba ( one of the most beautiful places in the world) , we had our first rum punch of the day & all tried to drink whilst driving on a roller coaster track. After crossing the island from east to west, we drove back to the port via Holetown. As we were short of time, we missed out on the swimming which was sad. Overall it was a great trip but not recommended for the faint hearted or physically challenged. A great experience. Thank you

Very disappointed about lack of communication

I emailed this company the day before our tour to confirm the tour and ask two questions: 1.would it be possible for us to bring our luggage on the tour? 2. would it be possible to be dropped off at the airport after the tour? I only got a response to question #2, so, we checked out of our hotel, took a taxi to Sunbay hotel, asked them if they could hold our luggage for 3 hours, they said no because it is currently a covid quarantine facility and no one can enter. When our driver/guide came, he was rude and refused to put our suitcases in the near empty jeep and when I spoke to the manager about a possible refund, since they didn't answer my question about the luggage, it was denied. We spent the day sitting at the airport instead of enjoying seeing Barbados, which is what we spent considerable money and effort to be able to do.

Furthermore, we did respond to your message about luggage. I'm sorry that you did not see the message in time. We wish we could've accommodated you but we must abide by our insurance regulations for the safety of all of our guests.
