Very knowledgeable guide/driver and we were given an excellent varied tour of the island as we didn’t have a pre- planned itinerary. It included an amazing trip to Harrison’s cave, island view points, local sites including Rihanna’s homes both old and new.

This was a great tour of the country. Ahmed was very knowledgeable about the history and culture and was an excellent driver. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch. The vehicle was comfortable.

Ahmed is a fantastic guide! He took us on a tour of the interior and the East Coast, showing us beautiful highlights and hidden gems. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provided great commentary throughout the day. He also knows exactly where to go for the best local food—his lunch recommendation was perfect. 10/10 experience!

This was a great way to see the Barbados that’s outside Bridgetown and the beach hotels. Our guide Ahmed was really polite and very helpful and had in depth knowledge of the whole island. The stops were really good. Harrison’s Cave is spectacular and really enjoyed seeing it…..though we must say that even though we’d booked tickets in advance, we found their organisation and communication very poor. Ahmed helped stop us being overcharged and waited patiently for us to complete the delayed tour. We would definitely recommend using this tour to tailor make your own itinerary to see the rest of Barbados.

We had an amazing private tour of Barbados with Ahmed. The tour in a roomy, airconditioned van, included Harrison’s Caves, Hunte’s
Garden, a delicious lunch at the Sand Dunes, and an extensive tour of the island. Ahmed is born and raised in Barbados which shows in his knowledge and love of his country.

We didn’t want to do a tour from the resort because we don’t like a set itinerary or being on a bus full of people. So I chose this one because it was private and appeared to be flexible and it definitely was - exactly what we wanted. We had one place in mind we wanted to see and then were flexible on the rest. Ahmed told us what he would recommend and let us choose. Then took us by some historical and scenic spots just to see. He knew pretty much anything about the island (including where the absolute best cheesecake was). We felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. If I want to do anything else on the island, I would call him right back to take us.

Ahmed met us at the cruise terminal exactly as planned, showed us around the island for several hours, including lunch (flying fish and macaroni/cheese) then delivered us to the hotel.
He had so much knowledge of the island and showed us out of the way spots and Parishes. I so appreciate his time

We booked this trip because we weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to go. When we were picked up from our hotel, Ahmed was great! We went to the Caves which was a fun surprise experience as we had no idea about the history of the caves in Barbados. We also saw the eastern and northern part of Barbados and had lunch at a local spot which we enjoyed trying flying fish. It was a great day!

What a lovely way to experience, Barbados! Our tour guide/driver named Ahmed was a fountain of knowledge. We were able to tour the Mount Gay rum factory, visit the Harrison caves,, have a cheesecake tasting, and finally the animal flower caves

What a privilege it was to meet Ahmed our guide and driver , really polite and pleasant guy who’s knowledge of the island and history was outstanding only matched by his friendly manner . Took us to so many beautiful areas to see and to get great memories. We got a real feel of Barbados .Recommend a great place for lunch with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried lots of it over the years ). Well worth the money and recommend you book early then you have to option to go back to other places to spend more time if you wish. Amazing beaches , history and people.

We (two couples, who have been friends for decades!) had a wonderful half-day private tour!
Our tour guide and driver, Ahmed, was super polite, timely, and so informative about the island. He picked us up in a very roomy, clean, and luxurious van that was a comfortable way to sit for our tour. We had an idea about which landmarks we wanted to see, and we also had a rum tour scheduled and Ahmed was terrific about getting us to all of our locations on time and was so full of terrific details about the island that we did not know about. We highly recommend this tour & we definitely recommend Ahmed!!

Ahmed was AMAZING! I didn’t know him however he was mentioned in other reviews so I requested him. We got lucky as I was pleasantly surprised when he introduced himself. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He asked us what we wanted to do. Harrisons cave was on my list and I left the rest up to him. He did not disappoint! We started at St. John’s church, went to the cave, to hunts garden, to a nice lunch, a tour of Barbados, the parliament, heard about how the country supports the people etc. Whatever question my husband asked, he answered. The cave was Fabulous, a must see. We also went to the Animal Flower restaurant. The restaurant was closed and the staff was leaving, however Ahmed was able to get us 10 minutes to see the view, take pictures before the staff left. He was mindful to not keep them waiting. Just a wonderful thoughtful soul.
Can’t wait to come back and have Ahmed show us the rest of the island.

Ahmed was an AMAZING tour guide!! We saw more in the half day tour than some people see in a full day tour. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a great job taking pictures of us at the landmarks along the way. This tour is definitely highly recommended.

We lost a full day traveling due to flight delays, so our 1/2 day tour had to be spectacular. And it was. Ahmed was an exemplary guide. His knowledge of the island’s history is deep, and he is a great storyteller. His familiarity with the lay of the land made it possible for us to see some spectacular landscapes in both urban and rural areas. Ahmed was flexible and we were able to work in lunch before we went to Harrison’s cave. The lunch was delicious— and the cheesecake is probably the best I have eaten. My wife, Jannetta, and I had the best time on this tour. Thank you, Ahmed, for sharing the beauty of your home with us.

Had a great tour with Ahmed. He told us so much about the history of the island. We went around the island to different remote parts where the scenery was spectacular. Stopped for lunch at a local spot and had some great food.

I booked this tour as an excursion for part of my birthday trip. Our driver and guide was Ahmet and he was ABSOLUTELY stupendous! He was incredibly knowledgable, kind, and courteous. My friends and I got to see what felt like the entire island of Barbados and got to eat a proper Bajun meal. I would do this again and totally recommend others on this tour. When I come with my family will definitely do again.
