This was an excellent experience, a very small market near the meeting point to see where Bangkok cooks get their ingredients then by tuktuk back to the kitchen for our cookery day. The menu varies by day of the week; we made coconut milk, Pad Thai, Tom Kha Gai, mango with sticky rice and green curry. Excellent tuition in a very well organised setting. I’d definitely recommend!

The food was great. Lots of unusual foods that we hadn’t eaten before. Made all our own sauces ( no UPF’s). We did get lucky as only 7 of us in total so lots of attention given to all of us. First course was my favourite.

Good Cooking Experience with traditional thai dishes and spices

This class was a good experience. GPS directed me to the street. You must walk through the market to get to the house in the back. They walked out to where I was standing to direct me where the class was held via WhatsApp. Only thing that I had trouble with was hearing the instructor sometimes. So a couple of times I asked for her to speak up. If she wears a mask, then it makes it difficult sometimes to hear what is being said. There is a QR code at the end of the class that allows you to access to all the dish recipes that you cooked. The cooking portions are not going to be western size portions. So after all of the courses I was full.

It was fun, easy to follow and great experince. Highly recommended! Everything was explained and there was time to ask questions and the pace was just perfect. We made one dish, got time to enjoy it and then we made the next one.

I can't recommend this class enough! My best friends and I had so much fun with April and her staff. We learned some tips and tricks and some interesting facts about Thai cuisine. And the food....wow! The instructions were well communicated and the end result was excellent! 10/10!

Fun afternoon in a nice facility. Set up was good and comfortable. Cooked four dishes…all delicious. Learned how to make a mango flower. Enjoyed meeting the other students. . Would have given it 5 stars but the chef seemed like she was annoyed and was somewhat curt. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

This class was fantastic. Chef MAKES everything. no cans of coconut milk or jars of curry paste. You will make what you use. And, instead of sharing a cooking station with 2 or 3 others, you get your own station and you prep and cook the food YOU will eat. Overall a terrific experience.

The cook was very friendly and patient, willing to answer all questions. Introduce many local herbs and ingredients in Thai cooking. Location however is not convenient, have to walk 10-15 mins from the bts station.
