The class was very fun! Our instructor was very friendly and informative and provided a lot of guidance while also maintaining a fun "classroom" environment. Each dish was tasty and easy enough to prepare by myself (a novice cook) but fun enough for my partner (an experienced cook). The instructor also did a great job of connecting different groups within the class, so we got to know each other better. All in all, we'd recommend it to friends!

This cooking class was a lot of fun. Jay was an energetic teacher who explained Thai ingredients clearly and how to use them to make delicious meals. The setup was great, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. I brought my adult children, and it became a great family activity. The location near Sukhumvit Road is super convenient if you’re in the city. I highly recommend it.
If you’re looking for an authentic experience in Bangkok, don’t miss House of Taste Cooking School. Our instructor, Bense, was outstanding! He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire class both fun and easy to follow.
We prepared four delicious Thai dishes, including a flavorful Thai curry, a classic Thai stir fry, and one of Thailand’s most iconic desserts—mango sticky rice. Bense did a wonderful job explaining the ingredients, cooking techniques, and how to recreate each dish at home.
The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the class was hands-on from beginning to end, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. It was the perfect combination of learning, cooking, and enjoying authentic Thai cuisine.
This was much more than just a cooking class—it was a cultural experience and one of the highlights of my visit to Bangkok. I highly recommend House of Taste Cooking School, and if you have the opportunity to learn from Bense, you’re in for a fantastic experience!
This is the first time I've done a cooking class while traveling abroad but it won't be the last. Learning about the different varieties of spices, cooking styles, and reasons why they cook certain dishes was fascinating. April was an incredible instructor—she was funny, spoke excellent English, and explained every step so clearly that everyone could follow along with confidence. She made the class fun, interactive, and informative while teaching us about the ingredients, techniques, and local cuisine.
The class had about 10–15 people, which was the perfect size to keep it engaging without feeling crowded. Most of the experience took place in air-conditioned spaces, making it very comfortable. They were also happy to adapt the recipes for a variety of dietary restrictions, so everyone could participate and enjoy the meal.
The food we made was absolutely delicious, and it was so satisfying to sit down and enjoy everything we had prepared. As a bonus, they provided recipes for many of the dishes at the end, so we can recreate them at home.
This was our #1 favorite activity of the trip, and we can't recommend it highly enough. If you're considering this class, book it—you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful chef teaching us took cook several courses (and her team worked like magic to clean & reset up each section while we enjoyed the fruits of our labors). Very enjoyable, with online link to recipes provided at the end. I thought we would also visit the market, but that took place with the morning group.
Wonderful and fun hands-on experience. Who knew tasty Thai food was so easy to make. My advice is to come with an empty stomach to finish the 4 dishes you learn how to make. If we had time, I'd rebook another day to learn another set of recipes. Highly recommend.
We have done a number of cooking classes in Bangkok but this was the best. Jay did a wonderful job explaining the how and why of the dishes. Food that we cooked for ourselves was very good.

I didn’t think I can cook at all but she made it very easy and the food came out great. Didn’t know how easy it was.
This was such a fun way to experience the culture and learn what you are eating! We had a nice tour of the market and has SO much good food. The facility was really clean and nice. Definitely recommend!

This was one of the best cooking classes I've ever done. Our instructor was funny and engaging, and helped us understand the history of the food we were making as well as details about all of the ingredients.
This tour had exactly the right level of hands-on instruction while still allowing us to do all of the work to cook. The pacing was also great as well; we ate often enough to not be hungry during class, and were given enough time to enjoy each course and chat with our fellow classmates.
The food was also fantastic. We used fresh ingredients picked by the instructor and an earlier class to make pad thai, papaya salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice.
Loved this experience and would recommend it to anyone.
What a fantastic experience! Jay was absolutely brilliant 👏 from start to end every experience was explained in detail with a bit of a cheeky sense of humour along the way. We learnt so much and now realise how easy it is to make from scratch. We had a walk through the market and learnt about different vegetables and noodles ,rice etc I highly recommend this experience .

DO IT. 10/10 recommend. If you want to try everything and are able to eat an enormous amount of food, DO IT. Guides were amazing and had a runner to go and set the table so you just walk up to the food. Literally cannot recommend enough
What a fantastic experience! Our chef, April, was really lovely. She explained e few essential ingredients at the market. After we left for the cooking school with Tuk-Tuk‘s. At the school she explained every dish and every ingredient very detailed. The atmosphere was lovely and we could ask all questions. Head‘s up, don‘t eat breakfast before! You‘re endind up with 3 dishes and a desert. Overall really lovely experience!

Absolutely wonderful cooking class - great teacher, great venue, good split of indoor prep + eating areas and outdoor cooking areas.
The recipes were all delicious 10/10, and included fresh & whole ingredients so we got to learn how to prep them and cook them.

The class was very fun. My kids learned so much and enjoyed it throughout. Not a dull moment. The teacher was also very entertaining, humorous nd energetic. The place was very easy to find and very near Siam paragon also.
Fun afternoon for the whole family! My kids, 12 and 18, are already asking to recreate the recipes at home. Our chef was engaging and a lot of fun. I would take this class again!
