It is tailored to your preferences and activity tolerance. I thought it was a perfect introduction to Bangkok with a local. I cannot recommend it enough! Our guide, Oil, gave us a great day. We were able to experience all parts of Bangkok with someone who could give us great insight into the sights we were seeing, as well as customs, norms, and how to do it like a native! She was very knowledgeable about all the sights we saw and very mindful of our physical limitations so we were never rushed or worn out. By the end of the day, it felt like we had a new friend in Bangkok. We just adored her!

Wonderful touring experience with our guide (Tim)

Travel to the markets and back takes almost half a day. But the visit to both of the markets (Train and boat) are well worth it. Service providers do a wonderful job giving you a guide that is well versed in the area and activity you are about to take part in. Our guide was Tim (who provided his contact info incase you are falling behind). Yet, he made sure no one ever needed to chase him down. My wife tends to take lots of pictures and he made sure he was there to take our pics, while making sure to keep us timely and not let us fall behind the group. I highly recommend him.

Amazing Tour

This was a great way to see many of the highlights in Bangkok in the easiest and most comfortable way to do it in a short time. Our private guide and driver were waiting in the lobby of our hotel and greeted as we as we came down. Our guide explained our day and what we could expect and then we were off on a spectacular day of sightseeing! It’s a full 8 hours so be prepared for a long day. Water is provided and you can take breaks as you need them.

The Wonderful Mr. Panu

Mr. Panu was knowledgeable and accommodating to myself and my mother throughout the excursion. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge and facts about the historical institutions and Thai culture. We had to worry about nothing and when my elderly mother became a little bit overheated from the heat, he had sun umbrellas and fans at the ready. He even told us where the good shopping was and provided us safely back to our hotel.

As a solo traveller, I chose the group tour and I met awesome people from all around the world. Our tour guide was fantastic, sharing insightful cultural knowledge about Thailand that I never knew before, clearly communicating and explaining all key details about the trip and uniting the group and guiding us to explore temples, markets and amazing food. We also visited a Michelin Star restaurant. With it being Songkran, Thai New Year - this definately added to the fun and friendly vibe overall. First Time in BKK, great start.

Mina was awesome with the history! Well run tour, she kept things flowing. Great sense of humor. Must do in Thailand. Great way to start the trip as a solo traveler would’ve taken awhile to figure things out. This way you just show up and all the passes were done. Didn’t feel rushed.

I had visited Bangkok...

I had visited Bangkok before and wanted to explore more—and this tour absolutely delivered! It was such a pleasant experience, offering a glimpse of a quieter, greener side of Bangkok. Cycling around the island was really nice, I think it's the best way to discover this area.
