Stressful excursion

We had booked excursion from Aswan to Abu Simbel at 14h to be back at the boat 8 hours after. Thank goodness someone told us that the road closes at 17.00 and would be impossible to return to the boat. Also we had included admission tickets and they asked us to pay them. We had asked for private tour : the van was for our group but not the guide Abu Simbel is worth the trip but not so sure with this company

Wonderfull day trip to Abu Simbel

Thank you to Georgina for correcting our pickup location and accommodating the additional two people to our group of 6. Our pickup at 7:30 was perfect and on time. Our guide Yosura was very good, easy to understand and knowledgable. She answered all our questions, there was a lot and we talked all the way to Abu Simbel. When we got there it was very quiet and only a few people there, like a private tour of the temples. It is a long walk from the car park to the temples, so Yosura was able to get golf cart for those who need it. It was a great day trip, we spent a couple of hours at the two temples and were back at the boat around 5pm.
