I just wanna say this was my 1st time jet sking, and it was the best experience ever. I was nervous at first but once I got out there, I was out in the deep blue sea. It would definitely recommend it. The staff was great, patient & on point. It was a 10/10 for me. I feel like a pro now. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Good fun in the water, my experience was in April and it was very windy so be prepared for a rough ride. No area to change nearby that I noticed. It is also difficult to find parking. Great views from off shore was even lucky enough to see a turtle in the water.

The jet ski was great, however I am not impressed with the customer service. I was given attitude by one of your male staff for being late. However, I did not get an email saying we were supposed to be there at 10:30 so we arrived there for 10:45. Not impressed by that. The other workers were great and those workers provided excellent customer service.

I had absolutely so much fun with this experience. Towards the end, it started raining. In the rain felt like hail. Trying to come back to shore. It was a little difficult, but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Book the day of experience. No need to book online. Locals are great to deal with!! . 24hr cancellation isn’t enough time. Plans are fluid in Aruba. One shouldn’t have to lock in.

Great experience but a little confusing as to where to meet for the experience. A boat had to meet us by one of the huts they have on the beach (we stayed at the Hyatt regency) to the meeting point on eagle beach. But overall very cool. It was our first time on jet skis. I'll do it again, my wife not so much

Me and my sisters went while we were in Aruba on family vacation! everything from booking, pickup, drop-off, and riding were easy and efficient! We went with out 2 younger sisters who were 9 years old so i would definitely recommend for kids who are younger and wanting to experience Jetking or have done it before like we have! just make sure to bring sunglasses for the spray from the water but the instructors and equipment were excellent!

This experience was so fun! It was extremely thrilling and just overall a great experience. Check in is super easy and simple and they even offer to hang on to your keys while you go jet ski! The crew is absolutely amazing, we accidentally showed up and did the jet skiing and day early and they said it was okay which we thought was extremely generous considering it was our mistake, I would highly recommend this excursion!

I purchased one JetSki for two people, and when I arrived, everything seemed great until we had to go into the water and get instructions from the guy who puts you on the jetSki he was extremely disrespectful, mean and yelled way too many times he made it less fun before we could even take off (idk his name he had braces & dark skin) so if you haven’t rode a JetSki before that is an extremely dangerous and toxic way to start luckily I knew how to ride a JetSki but my friend didn’t he made rude comments about my friends weight and when we drove off she unfortunately fell off the JetSki, which made me fall as well. He refused for both of us to go back on the JetSki together and told me to ride off without her. And that he will ride her on his JetSki instead turns out that was all a lie when I drove off I couldn’t find her or him when I came back to shore he told me my 30 minute was up and that she could not get on the JetSki he basically all along didn’t want her on the jetski so he lied and took her money I will not recommend this for someone who has no JetSki experience is thinking about riding with someone else or is sensitive to people disrespecting them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It’s not worth it
