Rambo and his lovely wife were awesome! Very professional and friendly, we had a blast kayaking to sea glass island. I would definitely recommend them!

First off, Sea Glass Island was really fun. There is soooo much sea glass. And I appreciated that they helped us back across when the water was very rough and the rest of our group had clearly struggled. However, I would not recommend this company due to lax safety and disorganization.
They gave my 65 pound kid a life jacket that maxed out at 50 pounds and my 105 pound kid a life jacket that maxed out at 90 pounds. I tried repeatedly to tell them the problem but they just assured me it was “safe”. We eventually switched them out ourselves. On my life jacket only one of the three clips worked. When I raised the issue I was told the kayak wouldn’t flip over and then they asked if I was with the police. I felt they were laughing at my safety concerns. One woman in our group was given an Inflatable life vest meant for snorkeling instead of an actual life jacket. In addition, there were not enough life jackets for everyone, so we had to wait for them to bring back life jackets for us. Which could have been fine, had they done that after the first few people crossed, but everyone else crossed and started the activity while the person on our end tried to signal for someone on the other end to bring vests back for us. For the return trip the same thing happened, except when the employee returned he had forgotten the life vests. We were stranded on the island for an extra 30+ minutes after everyone else had driven away.
Finally, to set expectations, the kayaks were just regular kayaks, not glass-bottomed as described, and the snack was just an apple.

Kayak against a very strong current...no too far but very difficult.....if option to take boat available...USE THE BOAT!!

Great guides! Our driver, however, was over an hour late for the return trip. Had to pay another service for a ride. No one called to update us on the delay.

Always amazing when your first step out of the kayak on to the island is stepping on seaglass. It’s real and second time for us. Z did a great job.

If you’re interested in sea glass, there are surely plenty up there. The gentleman that took us State was very very knowledgeable and helpful and fun.

I'm so glad we found this once in a lifetime type of excursion and decided to do it. The tour company and employees were all so communicative, nice and helpful. Rambo got us all set up at the beach and helped secure our belongings. Z (or Zee) and his partner were our tour guides, helping us with kayaks, dry bags, and getting us there. Beautiful short journey to the scenic little strip of island, then two enjoyable hours of collecting sea glass. Z helped us throughout, providing bags and helpful instructions. To keep it interesting and help us get the best variety, he helped us move to a couple different spots. He even found some blue pieces and gave them to us, so nice.
Bring good water shoes or strap on water sandals, as you get in the water to board the kayaks and hike around the island through water and rocks. And he was so kind to paddle all the way back when my friend left her shorts on the island! Remember to tip your guide, they work hard.
Our driver was also excellent, very nice luxury van and he navigated around the big Carnival event very well. All in all I highly recommend! You come away with treasures to remember the day by. Very fun to do along with friends and family.

The island is covered with sea glass but have a good sense of balance and wear good water shoes because you're walking over an island of big rocks and coral. Rambo was great filling us in on the history. Was fun digging for the rare red and blue glass Nice afternoon adventure.
