We rented jeeps for the day and it was a great way to see so much of the island. The jeeps were nice and allowed us to get out of the touristy areas. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Highly recommend

We had a 14 hour port call in Aruba and this was totally worth it to see the entire island. The Jeep was newer, clean, and was an excellent way for our family to experience Aruba. The pick up process was quick and easy once we arrived at the pick up location. Jean’s provided a map of places they recommended to visit and it made it easy plan out our day. We used the entire 8 hour rental window and we were able to go to Baby Beach, Natural Bridge, California Lighthouse, and other attractions around the entire island. We really enjoyed being able to go at our pace and have a fully functional air-conditioned vehicle to jump back into to cool off.

Jeep was as described and very clean. They picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back off at the end of the day. Very nice and professional staff. The only improvement I would recommend is being able to adjust and see the pick up and drop off locations on the Viator app. That was a small issue that I had to confirm by calling the company directly. Otherwise it was 100% fantastic and I highly recommend.

Very easy to get to from cruise port. 2 minute walk to office across the street. Jeep was nice and clean. Employees were very nice and helpful! Definitely would rent again next time!

We really wanted to rent a 4x4 to drive around the island and especially to visit the National Park and Natural Pool (highly recommended), but I didn't reserve anything before we go to Aruba. Asking around my hotel, nothing was available, but on Viator I was able to find several options and this one was amazing. It was an easy location to find by the cruise ship port and the people were super friendly and helpful. Jeep was great and we loved off roading in the park and on the north side of the island. Definitely worth getting out of the hotels to do for a day.

The whole rental process was easy, from booking on the app, to finding the Jeep across the street from the Citgo at the car wash, to turning the Jeep back in at the end of the day. Smooth process with no hassles. The Jeep was great, clean inside and out. We had a great day checking out what Aruba has to offer.

Jeep was nice and was clean. Provider did not meet at the location specified on the agreement and were not very welcoming. They did not offer the insurance as stated in the Viator agreement either. In saying all that, the Jeep was good and had no issues, (newer model). And our family had a good day.

Overall, fairly good experience with company and the vehicle we rented was nice, worked great, and allowed us to have a great experience exploring the national park. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle, he checked to ensure the spare tire was good. It was completely flat. When he brought this to their attention, they dismissed it and said it’s fine— if you have any trouble, just call us. That was disappointing. My husband asked for another car with a usable, spare tire and they did give us one. If I were doing it again, I would research to see if there’s a rental company that provides transportation to and from the hotel, as the pickup/drop off is in a location where it was difficult to find a taxi to get back to our hotel. Not a bad experience by any means – and because we had such an awesome time in the national park I would do it again – but dealing with this particular rental company was not without disappointments.

It was great to explore the country in an air conditioned vehicle. The weather was warm and humid. We were able to travel around the island and explore all the wonders of Aruba on our time, not with a group Tour.

Staff was great and very helpful. The jeep was very nice. Most cars we rent here are pretty beat up but the Jeep was in great condition and handled going to the natural pool with no problem. Would definitely rent there again.

Jeep broke down. Got to the natural bridge and starter was broken. Had to wait like 45 min for a new one. Lucky we weren't at one of the remote areas with no cell coverage.

We arrived in Aruba on a NCL cruise, and rented a jeep prior to our cruise. The process was so easy. We were provided with clear instructions where to pick-up the jeep, including time and drop off.
