The pick up time is not listed on itinerary. The owner said it’s an issue with the reservation service. Call owner and confirm pickup time at your hotel. Great guy! He goes by AJ.

We came on our honeymoon and wanted to experience the most of Aruba. This was hands down the ultimate 5 star way to experience this place. From the California lighthouse to Baby Beach, it was an unforgettable ride. This rental service was outstanding and we will be doing this again.

Arrived to Aruba off cruise ship and did not know where to go for driver to pick us up. Locals told us to wait at the Diamond International. Tried contacting company and went straight to voicemail that was not in English. Sent several messages to operator thru Viator messenger. Received a call from the company after 45 min of waiting. We were told to walk 100 meters north of Diamond International to a Citgo gas station and look for black and orange van. We immediately started walking to the Citgo and saw the van pulling away. We tried to call the number back and went to voicemail. Sent several more messages thru Viator messenger and no response. Same guy called back 30 min later and stated his driver went to Citgo and we were a “no show” and no refund. We explained to the guy that we walked to Citgo (took less than 3 min) and saw the black/orange van pulling away. We were not a “no show” This company failed to communicate with us and was a scam to get our money and state that we did not show up. Do NOT book anything with this company.

We rented from here last September for my birthday and knew that this rental was a must anytime we came to the island. Great way to see all of the island not just the tourism areas. Staff is always extremely helpful, informative, and just great people all around to do business with.

Had a beautiful ride from one end of the island , the lighthouse to Baby beach. Beautiful day. We were picked up to get the bike and then they picked up the bike at the hotel. Easy!

Best time ever. Surprised my husband for his birthday and what a surprise it was. The Harley rental was fantastic, the pickup and drop off was done with ease, and yes cruising on a bike in Aruba is an unforgettable experience!! If you love riding this is a must do !!!

Everything went smoothly from the pick up to the drop off. We got picked up at the cruise ship port, drove a short distance to the Bike Clinic. My wife and I rented a Road King for the day. Definitely a bigger bike than I’m used too but I handled it well as it’s in great shape and rode nicely. We went from one end of the island at the Lighthouse to the Baby Beach at the other at the owners suggestion. A beautiful locals beach that had a beach side restaurant- Big Mamas for lunch. Overall, I would highly recommend this as a day excursion as the owner is awesome and very knowledgeable about bikes and Aruba. Plus you get to drop off at your convenience at the cruise terminal. Great day in Aruba!

Loved the freedom of having a bike to explore the island. The owner could not have been nicer. We were picked up at 8:30 and on the road by 9:00. He didn't pick up the bike until after 6, giving us extra time of we needed it. Would definitely rent from him again. We got on 2019 Harley in beautiful condition! Great day! Thank you!
