We had not only a great cooking class ( we learnt a lot about italian pasta) but also a great lunch: nice tablecloth, fine cutlery, china bone.
Anna was very patient and helped us in kneading, cooking and also with the presentation and decoration dishes. Highly recommended, this
was out highlight in Umbria.

La miglior lezione di pasta fatta a mano
La proprietaria e cook teacher mi ha aperto le porte di casa e mi sono sentita la benvuta fin dal primo momento. Conoscevo già alcune forme di pasta fresca, ma durante questa giornata ho arricchito la mia competenza con le paste tipiche del Centro e Sud Italia. Due salse fresche con prodotti tipici di stagione e vibo rosso locale in una casa su 4 piani. Molto consigliata
