We provide pick-up services to our tourists. We pick up from hotels and hostels in the city center of Arequipa. We have our concentration point in Plaza de Armas de Arequipa. If your hotel is not centrally located we can recommend reliable taxis. Depending on the location of your accommodation you will be given the pick-up time one day before the tour. Upon return from the tours the point of disembarkation is at the tourist location 3 blocks from the square of arms of Arequipa

Well organized tour with great communication both before and during tour. Our guide Angie offered detailed explanations of the sites we were to see. At the mirador, we did not see any condors when the fog came in. Thankfully, we moved to another viewpoint and saw them soaring! Our driver Tomas navigated our shuttle van with ease. He safely transported us through winding and narrow roads. A great job well done!

The Bus was bad. Very bad. No leg room. So when you are doing a 14 hour full day trio with lots of driving.

The 3am start was brutal and the driver was clearly very keen to get underway, which created a bit of a tense atmosphere to start the day, but the tour itself ended up being well worth the money. Maria was an excellent tour guide - just the right amount of information, enthusiasm and care. And the stops were all very interesting and in places, the views were spectacular. Be warned that the first stop is 4,900m and if you suffer with altitude sickness, you’ll need to come prepared. Everything is at lower altitude from that point onwards. Highly recommend.

If you are into getting a full cultural experience then this excursion is what you are looking for. We expected to go to a restaurant for an included breakfast and lunch but we ended up going to a person's home on a farm where they served cold scrambled eggs and two pieces of dry bread. Then for lunch, we went to another person's home for a home-cooked meal which was 35 or 45 Sols a plate. We were rushed through one of the most important stops, the Condors, and missed the close-up flight of the Condors. Then we were told at the hot springs to get in and out in 40 minutes and the driver was late by 30 minutes. We spent more time at the last stop which was this person's farm home for lunch, not a restaurant, than we did on the most important stops. We were late getting in at 7:30 pm. Yes, we started at 3:00 am and ended at 7:30 pm. This also was not advertised therefore we did not know what we were getting into. The ride was bumpy, the inside of the bus was very tight and the seats were very uncomfortable for such a long tour. My advise is to be truthful with the itinerary and let the consumer decide.

Getting picked up at 3 am is pretty brutal and kind of leaves you sleep-deprived during the whole tour. And if you’re the type to feel low energy or weak at high altitude, it might be extra challenging, but our tour guide, Rosa, did a great job trying to be lively and keep us entertained with jokes, stories, and trivia questions.
You spend the majority of the tour on the bus since it’s 6 hours round trip from Arequipa to colca canyon, and then there’s the driving from one viewpoint to another. Landscape was amazing though, and the best part of the tour was watching the Andean condors, in my opinion.
There’s also some activities you can do in the middle of the tour: kayaking, zip lining, quad bikes, and the hot springs. However, this is just a money grab. I did the kayaking and it took 5 minutes to kayak from the start to the end. $8. So it’s definitely not worth it.
The hot springs also looked very crowded, and zip lining, I was told, was also not worth it. No idea about the quad bikes.
Rest of the tour was fine. Pretty difficult to sleep comfortably on the bus, though, so try to ensure you get enough sleep beforehand.

Really easy to communicate & gives all tips also info before the tours. we have mike as our guide, he’s very informative & never been in a rush. we see a lots of condor, lunch is great. although visit in some small cities is unnecessary and will be better to have longer time to see the condor.

The tour hit some nice places. The condor viewing spot at Colca Canyon was the highlight, but the other viewing locations were also impressive and the to German bath and small towns were pretty nice. The views were great throughout the drive. Magda was an excellent guide. The downsides were leaving at 3:00 in the morning and the drive isn’t great for people that get car sick.

We weren't on the list of the company wehired to do the tour with, they transferred us to a different company, I don’t know if last minute or beforehand but the new company got our names last minute. We were ready to go at 2:40 am The pickup time was at 3 am, and I saw how the other company collected their clients and left, then we were added to their list, and they came back for us at 3:40 am. If you are taller than 5’7 the shuttle bus will be too small for you, the leg space between seats is nonexistent for a taller person. Our guide was awesome and she made up for the faulty logistics of this company

Rosa was an excellent tour guide; full of enthusiasm and humour. Not an easy task to have to manage all the tour logistics on the day as well as be interesting and informative, but she did a great job of it. The canyon itself is one of the most spectacular places I have ever visited and it surpassed all expectations. We did managed to see Condors too which was a welcome bonus. The selection of activities and lunch were also excellent, however, I would have been happy to have fewer stops and spend a bit more time at the key destinations. Otherwise, excellent.

Colca Canyon is one of the most amazing places I have ever visited. It is not only one of the deepest canyons in the world, but also one of the most beautiful and diverse. The scenery is breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains, green valleys, colorful villages, and ancient terraces. The wildlife is abundant, with condors soaring above, alpacas grazing on the hillsides, and hummingbirds buzzing around the flowers. The culture is rich, with friendly locals who preserve their traditions and customs from the pre-Inca era. The adventure is endless, with hiking, rafting, biking, and hot springs to enjoy.
The trekking was challenging but rewarding, as I got to see stunning views of the canyon and the river. The highlight was watching the sunrise on the ride to Cruz del Condor, where I saw one condors flying close to me.
Colca Canyon is a must-see destination for anyone who loves nature, culture, and adventure. It is a place that will make you feel alive and inspired. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Peru.
