- Trollstigen is closed for the 2024 season. The risk of falling rocks poses too great a danger to keep the road open until adequate safety measures are implemented. Because of this, we will not be visiting Trollstigen or the viewing platforms on this tour.

Excellent driver and guide. My only complaint is disorganization at the start of the tour. We could not hear the names when called for the second bus and then were told we belonged on a bus that was crowded. Then told it didn’t matter wha bus we were on. Very confusing. Finally got settled at the front of the bus with our friends and were asked to move for a LATE arrival who was handicapped. I totally understand the need of a handicapped person to sit in front but the seat should have been reserved for her before anyone got on. Do your reservations ask if a handicapped seat is required? Or maybe she was reserved on a different bus? Perhaps your confirmation could indicate a bus number? Also the reservation should ask about travel partners as our friends were not initially listed on the same bus as us. I appreciate the 30% discount offered when traffic caused a delay and we had to eliminate a planned stop

This tour was very professional and the company kept us updated about any changes to our tour.
The tour of the Troll Wall was very informative and beautiful.
The price was reasonable and considerably less costly than the cruise line excursion price. We departed from dock and returned to ship right on time.

We had scheduled for a noon tour that ended up leaving at 12:15 due to bus returning a bit late from previous tour. Rainy & foggy weather. . But no problem— still plenty of time to get back before ship all aboard time.
However, 3:00 return time became 4:00!!!
But, as much guests fault as anything— everyone kind of took a little extra time at each stop and guide didn’t push departure times. Troll cars were totally fun. Hike to glacier was a bit much if any mobility issues.
First stop at troll wall was pretty rainy and foggy so we made another stop there on return drive when weather had cleared some. This extra stop added to the late return but it was nice she arranged it.
Troll road drive was cancelled due to a landslide in 2024 and road closure. No fault of tour company but kind of disappointing.
Yes, I would book this tour again.

Coach trip around the Åndalsnes area. We were informed of revised itinerary due to the closure of the Troll Road. Enjoyed the trip around but the stop at a Troll campsite was a waste of time in my opinion. Guide gave us some information about the local area which was interesting.

Dennis and union the driver provided a great tour compensating for the troll road being closed due to rock slides. Many water falls, troll wall. Got us close to the road to see it winding.

Took some nice pictures of the troll wall, but the details for this excursion need to be re-written to reflect the fact that this tour no longer actually travels the winding road. Unfortunately, the description still mentions that you travel the hairpin turns (which you don’t) and mentions that you get to look out over it from the top (which you don’t). You do get to see it but they drive you to the bottom as high as they can before the road closes and then you take pictures.

We saw the beginning of the troll wall but it was closed. The company did let us know ahead of time. I liked a waterfall that we saw which was nice. The guide was sweet but not from Norway. We did not learn very much which was unfortunate.

We had a great trip from Åndalsnes in Norway. It was well organised despite having to change the itinerary due to the Trollroad being closed.
Denise was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable we would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this tour to see the Troll Road since the cruise line excursions weren't available. We had an amazing driver that navigated our large tour bus without issue! We were given history and folklore during our drive. A great tour despite the rain!

Going through the Troll Road was such an experience! The bus driver was amazing maneuvering the switchbacks. Unfortunately the Troll Wall was covered by the clouds by the time we got there.

Great trip. Sylvia our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. The driver was incredible, navigating a very difficult road. Was easy to locate the guides in Andalsnes and the tour was as described. This is a short 3hr tour that packs in as much as it can. You do NOT get long to roam around at the stops, so if that's an issue for you, book a different tour.

This was a great trip with interesting and entertaining commentary from our guide, Denise. Respect also to our driver for managing the eleven hairpin bends, and for stopping to assist less capable motorists! Highly recommended if you are on a cruise....and so much cheaper than the ship.

Impressive scenery! We took many gorgeous pictures. We like the short Troll movie shown at Tindesenter. Bus was late by one hour. Tour guide gave us choice of partial refund or extend the tour an hour longer. We were all satisfied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our bus ride to the top of the Troll Road. Our bus driver did a great job navigating the hairpin turns and our guide Denise was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had several opportunities to take photos as well as restroom breaks. I wish there could have been a little more time at the top but we made it work. Definitely something to do on your next stop to Andalsnes!!!!

Tour started with a somewhat useless movie. When exiting for the busses (90 in the group), there was 1 bus missing. Tour guide called and told us it would be about 20 minutes. When asked how that would impact the tour, we were told it would shorten our stops. People complained in the group and convinced the guide to contact her boss. After the buss pulled out we were given the option of a 30% refund or the full tour, but getting back to the ship later. Majority went with full tour, which was okay for us, but did impact others in the group. Stops were much too short at each place, leaving people rushing and running to make it back to the bus at each stop. Troll road stop of 30 minutes does not allow somebody who is not running the entire time to make it to the 2nd look out and stop either at the washroom or gift shop (never-mind trying to do both).

This trip was fantastic, Both Driver and Guide Denise were excellent and full of information that never stopped throughout trip. A minor fault would be a bit rushed for time, this of course would be dictated by the traffic. At least an extra 30 min should be added.

Beautiful drive to the viewpoint, good transport, excellent driver and friendly guide Julia with sufficient information. Easy to find at the agreed meeting point. Beautiful scenery during the trip.
The stop at the viewpoint was only for 25 minutes. 10 minutes to walk to the main platform, 5 minutes for photos and 10 minutes to hurry back to the bus.
At the Troll Wall you have only a 7 minute photo stop. Both stops were way to short and therefore a bit of a disappointment.

The bus ride was a site to see, Beautiful landscape. Peter our tour guide was professional and very informative, We were most impressed with his knowledge of the local area.
Our bus driver Joe was a real Pro. Right on time and He really know how to handle the large bus

It was a great excursion with all the stories of trolls and experiencing the troll road. The views were worth the whole trip. Not to mention we had the best bus driver ever on that road. This is a definite tour to take.
