Had an absolute great day with Michael. Roamed throughout the city while having good conversations on Jordan, the Jordanian culture and life.

My tour guide was Ramanda. She was great. The tour covers all the essential stops in Amman. You get to see both ancient history and modern Jordanian life. The walk through Al-Balad (downtown Amman) was great for getting a feel of the local culture. The area has some great shops selling traditional and modern items, as well as spices. Ramanda was so friendly and inviting that I felt like I was walking around with a local friend. The food stops included at Hashem (for falafel and hummus) and at Habibah Sweets ( for the kunafa) are well renowned for a reason. Both were so delicious!!! I definitely recommend this tour with Ramanda.

I selected the meeting point of the Jordan museum, but no one showed up. I contacted tour operator via Viator and he responded via whatapp asking if I could meet the guide at the Cidital( which is .8 miles away) . I asked if we were going to the museum, and he stated no as it was only a meeting point. The itinerary for the tour specifically mentions the museum as the first stop with free admission ( otherwise it costs 5 Jordan dollars). I sent a picture of the itinerary to the operator, and he kept mentioning that the museum was just a meeting point. The operator did offer to send a car to drive me to the citidal, but after a lot of back and forth I ultimately decided to cancel the tour as it just seemed like the tour operator was very disorganized. He stated that this has never happened before, and he has had a lot of tours lately.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced. We take full responsibility for the miscommunication regarding the meeting point and itinerary, and I sincerely regret that it affected your experience.
we always strive to provide smooth, well-organized tours that reflect the highest level of service. What happened during your booking was not up to our usual standard, and we are already taking steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’ve updated our tour details to make meeting points and stops clearer, and all guides are being re-briefed to ensure consistency.
Your experience matters to us, and while I’m sorry we didn’t get the chance to show you the beauty of Amman, I would love the opportunity to make it right if you're ever back. We are proud of the many travelers who leave with great memories, and your feedback helps us do better every time.
Warmest regards,

My tour was not as expected. My guide was a sweet and wonderful young lady named Ramanada. . She did an excellent job of navigating and driving, however my issue is she did not seem to know a lot about the places we visited. She was constantly on her phone looking up information. Also two of the places we were going to visit were closed, which is no problem however she seemed surprised. Overall, enjoyed my time with Ramanada however I was hoping for a more in depth tour, history and facts on the sites and country. I have asked for a partial refund as I don’t feel that it was worth $75.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your time with Ramanada and found her to be a wonderful guide. However, we apologize for the shortcomings you experienced regarding the depth of information provided during the tour.
We understand how important it is to have knowledgeable guides who can enhance your experience with rich history and insights. Your feedback about the closed sites and the reliance on her phone for information is valuable, and we will address this with our team to ensure a more comprehensive tour experience for our guests in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to explore Jordan with you again in the future.
