Top Amman Day Trips

This excursion was a wonderful introduction to all that Jordan has to offer. Starting in Amman with the gorgeous topography, seeing the expansive historic site at Petra, overnighting in the one of the most unique deserts in Wadi Rum, and finally getting to feel the sensation of floating in the Dead Sea, the experience exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Yousef, was very knowledgeable and inviting and ensured all our needs and desires were met.

What an unforgettable experience! This tour to Petra and Wadi Rum from Amman was absolutely incredible. My guide Yunis was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It felt like a private tour since there were only two of us (both of us being solo travelers), which made the whole experience even more personal. The other person on the tour quickly became a friend, and we both had such a great time. We started the day early with a smooth drive to Petra. When we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream! The site was less crowded than I expected, and the anticipation leading up to the first view of the Treasury was magical. Petra truly lives up to the hype and more. I’ll never forget that feeling of awe. Next, we headed to Wadi Rum. Wow! This place is like being on another planet. The vast desert landscapes are just breathtaking. We even had the chance to meet and share tea with some Bedouins, which was a unique and memorable experience. The entire desert was picture-perfect and felt surreal. After all the sightseeing, we ended the day with a delicious buffet dinner. The entire tour was so well-organized, and our guide made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the day. I also really appreciated how he patiently waited while we explored the sites. Big props to him for driving all the way from Amman to Petra and Wadi Rum. It’s a long drive, and he made it seem effortless. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable day. If you're planning a trip to Jordan, this tour is a must, and I particularly recommend Yunis as your guide! Thank you for making this such a special experience!
