Worst company ever. The tour is basically is a driver that take you to that sights that you have to pay for, you could hire a taxi to take you around and it would be cheaper. The driver was excellent though, very nice and kind, his English was limited but he tried his best. The company wanted to charge me $100 euros to pick me up at the airport and I had booked this tour to be picked up at the airport, I asked when I booked and they said it was ok, but the wait until the day before to tell it’s a different price, make that make sense when they could have told me when I booked and paid, if they told me it’s a different price viator would send me a long to book the right price, anyways I told the company I could pay $30 that is the avarage for transfers from the airport to the city. The company said no, so I took a taxi from the airport for $20 Jordanian money. I was so disappointed with this company more than the actual tour

so many wrong info in this review, first this tour pickup is from Amman not from airport and it's so clear, and we have other tour start from airport witch have a different price, cuz airport is out of the city, also we didn't asked for extra 100 USD for airport pickup, we told you that the extra charges is 50 USD witch is 35 JD, cuz you was 4 traveler, and require a minivan not car, and the minivan from airport to Amman is 50 JD, but we make a discount, also we informed you if you want to get to Amman and start the tour from there we will not charge any extra, so when you add wrong info make sure that we will reply for that, and regarding the driver, he's expert driver and speak excellent English with permit to driver tourist
in the end we don't care for your review because you try to get free airport pickup and when you couldn't, you added this, and we are one of the high rated agency for Amman city tour cuz our service is the best

A great way to see the highlights with limited time. Our driver was really flexible. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to see everything as we wanted. He made certain we got to the entrances and that we knew what we were doing and where he would be waiting, which he was even if we were early. Great local knowledge. Felt really safe. Definitely recommend.

Our driver was pleasant. Car was clean and comfortable. Although not a guide he provided some information. Very convenient way to visit the highlights of Amman. He also took us to a handicraft store, he asked first which I appreciated. The store had a excellent selection.

No ac in the car, wasnt taken to the whole tour because guide said the museums were closed, given yes he waited for us after we changed the time. The roman coloseum dropped us and said 20 min till closing. The mosque i would skip, during prayers you cant go in anyway. The citadel was great. I insisted the auto musuem would be open till.late he said no it was closed, and everything was different because if ramadan. I wish they would of informed us we could have changed the date. Basically an uber would of been better we paid $80 for nothing. Very disapointed with this tour.

Dear Client, kindly note that you booked the half day Amman city tour not the full day, and your tour not included museums, regarding visit, you booked 12:00 PM, then contacted us to change to 1:30 PM, then 2:00 PM, then 2:15 PM and last 2:30 PM, and we keep amended the time for you.
it was our mistake we didn't charge you for the 2.30 extra hours the car waited for you, and lastly you spend six hours visiting, and visited all the sites included in your tour

Good tour overall though could be better managed from a time perspective. Recommend visiting the mosque first as it was closed when we arrived after 5pm. My driver Mohammad should have planned this better. Also recommend skipping the shop as the mosque has a shop as well.

We had a great time, and the tour areas were excellent. Our driver was very nice. I gave it an average grade because it wasn't more than a taxi service. The driver spoke limited English and just dropped us off and waited for us at each site. I would like to have been given historical information about each site before visiting.

Seif was great! He helped me get around Amman and was so helpful. Even when we had to shift plans around because of events happening downtown, he knew exactly what to do. This is a great experience if you want the simple and easy way to get around amman and see the big major sights in the city.

Full day experience which went at our pace, so as long or short at each stop as you needed. We hired a guide at the citadel which did enhance the tour. The other locations didn’t need a guide. Was amazed how much I loved the Royal Auto Museum as wasn’t expecting that to be a highlight. Great way to see some of the main sites of Amman in one go.

From booking the tour a week before our trip to the day of full day city tour everything was easy to navigate. Our driver was fantastic and answered questions and gave us information about each location we visited. We were able to see a lot of the historical sites and museums worry free because of the clean car, friendly driver and being able to go at our own pace. Highly recommend booking through this company for your travels in Amman.

If you’re visiting Amman as a tourist, this is the way to go. In some cities you might be able to do it yourself, but not here. Or it would be very inconvenient, and likely more expensive. So glad we booked the tour. Our guide wasn’t particularly voluble, but good enough. Basically you’re getting the service of a private car and driver. You pay small entrance fees to some attractions and use your Jordan Pass for free entry to others. Find out about why the Jordan Pass is the best deal available if you’re planning a trip to Petra too. And also you wouldn’t want to try doing Petra on your own. We got a private car and driver deal for Petra from another company. There are cheaper ways to do it, but I’m glad we didn’t even try it.

Be mindful, the car driver is not a tour guide that will go inside to each destination with you! Mohammed was excellent in providing quick tips to each stop. I enjoyed my alone time at each location and I loved the sweet treats! At some places I didn't see myself being there for too long so the timing with the tour can fluctuate. Great day spent overseeing Amman and is architectural sites!

Our driver/guide Adnan was very pleasant, courteous and very generous, he treated us for Kanafe and helped us exchanged our US dollar toJordan Dinar because we forgot to bring our passport with us so he talked to the guy in-charged at the money exchange counter. Highly recommend of him. Excellent service. Definitely a keeper.
He gave us all the time in the world to explore on our own and shown us different parts of city center and the like.
Citadel was beautiful site, Coliseum was also nice. The Blue Mosque was a unique experience and entering the mosque reading some of the brochure was great. The gift shop below was very accommodating and tour us what items to buy and if we have questions, we should let them know.
Over all experience was perfect at all.
