Could not get information verified through company. Had to ask Viator to assist in messaging them. Fairly sure this operator lists as nonrefundable because they are aware only 8 countries are granted access into the country of Algeria. Meaning they know if you make a booking then are made aware of the steep entry restrictions they still get your money. It’s a scam. Poor communication in a country that doesn’t want tourism. Shameful.

Leaving a one star review while not having experienced at all our services is just shocking and miserable
You've explicitly booked one day before the tour which happens to be right during Eid Al adha festival and cancellation policy is clearly stated , travellers are responsible to manage to get their visa on their own or we could also help if needed with lots of time in advance .
On the day of the tour , we showed up to the hotel where we were supposed to pick you up and wait for you couple of hours and then we were the ones who had to reach out to you first then we understood that you couldn't make it on your flight but you didn't explain any further and you wholeheartedly apologized .. so why has your speech turned another way ?
If you just cared about your money as much as you cared about our time and our company image you'd think about sorting this out like grown up adult and differently but unfortunately this represents who you truly are ...
The country is opening to tourism , so end of story , shame is on you .

I toured with my son in Algiers. Our guide was Noor and the experience, thanks to ellay to the driver was great. Noor is a great guide who took us to the best places in Algiers and we felt happy and safe. The tour was private so it was done at our own pace and request. When you want to take a tour in Algiers, don’t think about it anymore and take this one. Fully recommended agency and staff.
