Nelson was great! It was 15 degrees celsius water but the suits kept us warm and he knew exactly where to go for us to get a wide range of jumps in. Really cool way to experience the coast!

Awesome awesome experience from start to finish. Ended up just being my fiancé and I on the tour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nelson was a fantastic guide - patient and informative. Guided us through all the jumps and climbs making sure both of us were comfortable the entire time. He also took some incredible photos of us.

Funa nd exhilarating experience. Not for those with fear of heights. Ypu need to be able to climb, balance on small rocks and pull yourself up by a rope. But totally worth the thrill.

Such a fun experience. The jump into the cave at the end was such an amazing finale. Beautiful scenery, fun jumps, and Nelson's a great guide with a lot of knowledge about local sea life. Highly recommend!

Mémorable morning on the west coast with Nelson, who was expert, patient and kind with our group (2 ageing adults and 3 teenage boys!). Beautiful scenery, amazing cave swim, and no pressure to jump if out of comfort zone. Highly recommend - but be aware it is physical: 3 hours in total with lots of swimming - not easy in full gear and life jacket. For us older ones that is - the kids loved it!

We did not anticipate the technical climbing on the rocks or the long distance swimming in the open ocean! The jumping was super fun and despite the environment, the team made it feel very safe . We wore helmets, thick wetsuits and life jackets - which kept us warm and protected . I did this with four kids - ages 12-15 and they went wild with the experience!

The climbing, jumping and magnificent views were important to us. But Nelson, our guide was kind, compassionate, and strict with the group. He made sure we stayed together, took turns & followed his instructions. So all of us learned, all of us had a wonderful experience, and all of us were safe. This is not an easy- walk in the park. The activity is challenging, leaving you fatigued and happy.

From the first meet to the end of the trip, Nelson and Francesco were professional and friendly. All equipment provided was a good fit. I only booked on the trip the day before and Nelson made contact to determine the appropriate sizing. There were 12 participants in total on the trip and everyone enjoyed the whole experience. Swimming, rock jumping, marine life exploring caves and tunnels - Nelson was very knowledgeable and his strong experience showed. I would definitely recommend coasteering with Nelson and I look forward to doing it again.

The views were stunning and the experience was unforgettable. It felt very safe and Nathan was amazing!! He gave us so many facts about portugal’s ocean and its animals as we swam through the different rocks to go cliff jumping off. He helped you find the most secure route to climb up the rocks and let us know where to and where not to step. Truly an unforgettable experience. Also there is a little restaurant next door that had the best food that we ate at afterwards :)

I did this on my second last day of a 7 week holiday in Europe. It is easily the most memorable experience that I have had my entire holiday. Nelson took myself and another couple out and we climbed to various cliffs of increasing heights to jump off of. Nelson even took photos and videos. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
Just a quick note, it was fairly physically intense with the climbing and getting out of the water in the waves. I was definitely tired towards the end. So if you have any hesitation regarding that I'd say it's probably best to reach out to Nelson and have a chat to see if it'll suit you.
Hopefully it does so you can do this super cool experience!

The guides were great, the experience itself was amazing. But the equipment and facilities were lacking. No restroom available at the meet up spot was not ideal, but the fact that we sent all our sizes for shoes ahead of time and only half our group of 9 got shoes that fit make for some very uncomfortable walking and climbing. They just threw shoes out once we arrived at the cliffs and people grabbed them, so there was no way to get your correct size since any extra were back at the shop. Just bad planning for the logistics otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The wetsuit boots that we prepared were according to the sizes that you sent to us, there were also lots of spare boots that we packed in our van as we always do. Maybe because we use European sizes (since we are in Portugal) it was a bit more complicated for you to grab the correct ones, because you use US sizes. We have a EU/US size conversion table in our garage door, and also it's really easy to check it on google. And when in doubt, you can just ask us and we are there to help!
Also it would have been really helpful if we had received your sizes earlier, and not just when you arrived at the meeting point, since I asked them by email, sms text and WhatsApp message the night before, but didn't get a reply! You also really didn't want to send them at the meeting point when I asked you, because you said that you have sent them before! And then when I checked that email, I noticed that you sent it to the wrong email address which started with noreply@.... instead of to my email address or via the TripAdvisor messaging system button.
About the restroom, our meeting point is just a garage on a street (not a shop), like it says in the activity info, no where it says that we have facilities with restrooms. You need to arrive prepared. It would be great if we had a toilet, but it is just not possible at our spot. Also, the area where we operate is inside a Natural Park, so the facilities are very minimal.

This was an incredible afternoon for my two teenagers! Hiking up and jumping down from higher and higher cliffs it was amazing just to watch! They started with smaller jumps but the group all worked their way up to jumping from 10 meters! Nelson and his helper were amazing and its done in a beautiful remote and rugged area where they also got to swim across a most beautiful bay to a secluded beach. Money very well spent and my kids said it was their highlight of our trip to Portugal so would highly reco!

If you want some adventure this is for you. This tour was lead by the owner Nelson and his helper Clara. If you go the pinned location it brings you right to the meeting point. There are really no signs but if you look for Nelsons white van it is the right place. I went with my wife and kids (17, 19, and 21 YO). Nelson takes safety very seriously and gives a lecture before you even set out to the starting part. We decided to follow his van to the beach so afterwards we had the options of staying around the beach or heading back. It was a very short ride and easy ride to the beach. Once we were all suited up it was off to the cliffs to start the adventure. We started at low spots to jump from and worked our way to higher ones. There was also a lot of climbing and swimming to other spots for jumping. I am in good shape and this was definitely a good work out too. Nelson showed us the marine life on shore and explained a lot to us. My wife did not like the jumping and Nelson and Clara gave her other options. You do not have to jump to continue the tour. She loved the climbing part. I was nervous about the climbing but Nelson is there the whole way telling you exactly what to do. We had a phenomenal time.

The guide was so helpful. He knew exactly how to push people and but he also knew when to stop! He even got my friends who are afraid of heights to do the largest 10 meter jump! It was such an incredible experience that I will remember forever and it was such an amazing way to see the sights of Lagos and get a view of incredible cliffs and water. He even gave us amazing restaurant and beach recommendations!
