The communication from the tour provider was woeful- unfortunate the directions that they provided were not acceptable to Google maps- we went to the old cooking school location, and the previous operator attempted to get us in contact with the new operator- this was a chapter of accidents. I received a phone call first from Slovenia, then Romania, and finally from Spain - the person on the other end obviously operating burner phones. They claimed to have sent an email on August 27 2025 advising correct address details but this has not yet been received. I have asked for a full refund of the tour cost however this looks very unlikely. They did eventually come back with an offer to attend another class at 1600 yesterday, or same time on Wednesday- neither of these were options that could work for us. We actually think the whole process smelled a bit so be cautious
