⭐️ 1 STAR — DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. We booked our boat tour for 10:00 AM, arrived as instructed, and were shocked to be told they were overbooked and couldn’t take us.
Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they told us to come back at 1:00 PM, claiming that was the time we were booked for. We came back at 1:00 PM, only to be told that they were sold out again and our tour was cancelled.
What is even worse is that they did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. They did not offer to rebook us, did not offer an alternative, and showed zero concern for the fact that they had completely wasted our time and disrupted our vacation.
How does a company accept a reservation, overbook, send customers away, and then cancel the tour when they return? This is not a small mistake — this is extremely poor management and customer service.
We planned our day around this tour and trusted this company with part of our vacation, and they completely failed us.
Save yourself the frustration and book with another company. This was one of the worst experiences of our trip. I would never book with them again and absolutely do NOT recommend this company.
It was a great boatride. The caves are beautiful and the guides were very kind. They even helped us with good restaurant recommendations for Monopoli and Bari!

Great boat and nice aperitivo, but the young tour guide barely spoke English and didn’t have much information to share on the caves. Nice time tho and the captain Jonny was wonderful.

WE could not find the location, and called the #. We were told the Captain had cancelled the trip due to high winds. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!

Unfortunately, on the day of your tour, adverse weather and sea conditions made it unsafe to operate the excursion. For this reason, the captain made the decision to cancel the activity in the interest of passenger safety.
Regarding the refund, please note that refunds are processed by the booking platform through which the reservation was made. In your case, the booking was made via Viator, and once the cancellation was confirmed, the refund process was initiated through their system.
Refund processing times depend on the platform and the payment provider, and may require several business days before the amount appears back on your original payment method.

We enjoyed the trip, seeing the caves and coastline, guide was pleasant and informative.We swam at the marina not along the coast, perhaps because it was a little rough, so safer there.The “refined aperitif featuring typical Apulian products and fresh beverages “ was very underwhelming compared to other boats we had been on in Italy,it consisted of a glass of Prosecco and a tiny bag of tarali, nothing else was offered, luckily we took our own water.Don’t mind if that is all they want to give but perhaps change the description to reflect reality 😊🥂

Lovely boat trip. We had booked the 6pm trip but this was cancelled and rearranged to 3.30. Not a problem for us but could have been for others. The boat was small and a bit squashed. The swimming was lovely and we had lots of Prosecco. Yana and Nikki were great.

Regarding the space on board, we’d like to point out that in Italy, coastal navigation is permitted for boats up to 33 feet. Our boat, at 33 ft, is therefore among the largest allowed in this category, ensuring the highest level of comfort possible.

As soon as we received this communication from the captain, our team made several attempts to contact you using the phone number provided at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. Consequently, the reservation was promptly cancelled and fully refunded via the Viator platform on the same day.
