Anya was a great guide—very knowledgeable about the wines and wineries, and she also shared some helpful general tips for our time in Aix.
We visited two wineries about 30 minutes from Aix. The first, Mas de Cadenet, was a family-owned and operated working winery. During our visit, the owner and crew were transferring “cooked” grape must from the cooker into tanks for fermentation. It was fascinating to see the process underway. Their base rosé was our favorite of the ten wines we tasted during the tour.
The second winery, Domaine Terre de Mistral, was a larger-volume operation that also produced limited quantities of olive oil. Its wines were very different from those at the first winery, so the second tasting didn’t feel repetitive. The wines were remarkably aromatic—even with my allergies, I could smell them from the other side of the table.
Overall, it was an enjoyable and informative half-day tour that offered two distinctly different winery experiences.

This was a great wine tour. Our guide knew a lot about wine and was able to answer all questions. She made the experience great! The wine was fabulous and the vineyards were gorgeous. We learned a lot about the wine making process and Rose!

This is a great tour if you want to see the gorgeous countryside. Our guide took us northeast of Aix en Provence to two wineries. One old, one new. We learned so much about how the grapes are grown, harvested and aged. Our guide Loris was so knowledgeable about the history of the region. He was lovely and answered many questions. I would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time with Igal. It was a very easy to arrange tour, we just had to turn up and we were given a brilliant morning of excellent wines and great coaching from a mentor who clearly knows his wine expertly and made us feel very welcome. Well worth the price and an easy way to visit some expert vineyards in Provence

This was a great experience. A brief drive through the beautiful countryside to two local wineries. Our guide Bryce was fantastic - friendly and easy going, fluent in English, with excellent knowledge of wines and wine making. Highly recommend.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about wine (of course), the local region, and full of fun facts about a variety of other topics, like honey or chocolate. My party was not very experienced in wine-tasting, but he did a great job explaining things like tannins or micro-oxygenation, which I had no idea about previously. I would highly recommend to anyone in Aix-En-Provence.

Amazing tour of two beautiful vineyards. Not all of our tour showed up so we ended up with a private tour! Our guide was very knowledgable and a great host.

Took this tour as a group of 5 friends in early October. Overall tour size of 8 people. Stefan was a great host, really informative with a friendly and fun style. Would absolutely recommend. The 2 wineries we visited were beautiful, with a chance to explore the grounds, the wine making and of course the tastings.
