Tiger gives the best DMZ Tour

Tiger was such a knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful guide. He gave us a wonderful history lesson with pictures to help us understand Korean history as it relates to the DMZ and the Korean Wars. He also went above and beyond and made an extra stop on the tour so that we could get a real idea and take pictures of North and South Korea. The tour was wonderful! We highly recommend Tiger!

Excellent DMZ tour with James!

Great experience on this tour! Everything was very well organized and ran right on time, and our guide, James, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making sure everyone had a good experience. The DMZ itself was fascinating and absolutely worth seeing. One tip for future travelers: don’t underestimate the physicality, particularly the walk through the Third Tunnel. It’s very doable, but there are some steep sections and a fair amount of walking, so take your time and wear comfortable shoes. Overall, a really memorable experience and I would absolutely recommend it!

Team Nancy!

What a fantastic experience! Our DMZ tour was easily one of the highlights of our time in South Korea, and a huge part of that was our outstanding guide, Nancy. Nancy was knowledgeable, energetic, engaging, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and significance of the DMZ. She did an excellent job explaining the complicated history between North and South Korea while keeping the tour interesting and enjoyable throughout the day. She was also incredibly organized and attentive to the group, making sure everyone knew where to be and what to expect at each stop. The Third Tunnel, views toward North Korea, and the other sites along the DMZ were fascinating and thought-provoking. Having Nancy provide the historical context made the experience so much more meaningful than simply visiting the locations on our own. Beyond being an excellent guide, Nancy has a wonderful personality and made our group feel like a team from the very beginning. By the end of the day, there was only one appropriate way to sum it up: GO TEAM NANCY! Highly recommend this tour—and if you are lucky enough to get Nancy as your guide, you are in for a great day

Excellent DMZ tour with Vincent, great small group experience

We really enjoyed our Viator DMZ tour. Our guide, Vincent, was excellent. He explained the tension between North and South Korea in a clear and thoughtful way, and we came away with a much better understanding of the history, culture, and stories behind the DMZ. The tour involved a fair amount of walking, but it was not too difficult, even my kids handled it easily. The pace was reasonable overall, with enough time to take everything in without feeling rushed. The small group format made the experience much more personal and easy to follow. Highly recommend this package, especially the small group tour. Vincent is a credit to the company.

Fantastic tour with a brilliant guide

It was a fantastic tour and Matthew our guide was brilliant and very entertaining. I never felt bored during the whole trip. He has a lot of knowledge about every aspect of life in Korea . We saw a beautiful palace a traditional village and many other places . I would really recommend this half day tour. It’s great value for money.

Travel to and from ICN...

Travel to and from ICN was seamless. Our driver contacted me 1-2 days prior to pickup with instructions. Upon arrival to Incheon, our driver was waiting at arrival area and helped us with luggage. Upon return to Incheon our driver was very flexible up until we were in the car on the way to the airport! Vehicles were clean, spacious and comfortable. Price is higher than airport limo/train but much more convenient with luggage. Highly recommend for our next trip!

James was fantastic!...

James was fantastic! Great overview of South Korea’s past and culture in an 8 hour day. He kept things moving, easy to understand and informative which made the day very interesting. He made sure we had a great experience. Day was easy by being picked up and dropped off at our hotel and transported around Seoul to see the highlights.
