I've worked in some of the city's best dining spots, cooked at Scotland's first Michelin two-star restaurant, and moonlighted in stand-up comedy. Both Glasgow and Scottish food don't get the attention they deserve, and I aim to show people another side to the city and its unique cuisine. Although my tours use food as the jumping-off point, it's not entirely about eating. We talk about Glasgow's history and its role in the British Empire, the city's rough-and-tumble culture, and even learn some Glaswegian slang. I led food tours in Cambodia for many years and am delighted to be back in my home town, sharing with visitors the city that I love.

The process of creating your own satchel at The Islander was fun & the hardest part was figuring out which tartan & bag color combination to pick. Gabby & Zoe from the shop guided us through the process & they were wonderful! I’m so pleased with my bag, and you can even purchase an alternative cover which will allow me to use my bag in different seasons. There were lots of smaller items available at the store as well, so I was able to round out my gift shopping.

This day trip experience far exceeded my expectations, the beauty of the landscape, Scott’s wonderful storytelling, great music, and everything else all worked to perfection. I travelled with friends in 27th October. The highlands of Scotland are amazing! It was windy and raining on and off however this didn’t make the experience any less enjoyable. Our tour guide Jason was brilliant and provided lots of information and stories throughout the tour. Alister was an amazing tour guide. Very fun and had some funny stories and bits of information. Would highly recommend Little Fish tour company for this tour. The castle was incredible, so much to see and do. Could easily spend the whole day there. Definitely be there for the 1pm “firing”, that was really cool.

Excellent driver/tour guide Paul. He is such a professional : able to introduce places while driving. We encountered an incident which was stuck in traffic for almost 4 hours.
