What are people saying about Porto

Amazing way to see Portugal
This was a wonderful way to travel from Porto to Lisbon. We were picked up at our hotel in an immaculately clean new Mercedes SUV. Our Driver and tour guide Ana was fantastic. She provided the perfect amount of information while still giving us some quiet time on the drive. We tailored the tour to stop in the cities we wanted to see. We stopped at Costa Nova, Aveiro and Obidos. Ana recommended what sites to see and where to go while we were in each stop. She was able to get us a boat tour in Aviero without having to wait. She also recommended a delicious spot for lunch! The spots we visited were the perfect balance of coastal towns and old world Portugal. It was a 10 of a day from start to finish. I would highly recommend both this your company and Ana as your driver/guide.

Great start to our Porto experience!
The food and wine tour was an amazing experience! It was the perfect introduction and sampling of Portugal’s renown cuisine and wines. Our guide Gabriel Granado was very knowledgeable about the food, the wine, and the Portuguese history. The small group size was also enjoyable.

Highlight of my trip to Porto
The Douro valley is otherworldly in it's beauty, and this small group tour was wonderful. There were 7 of us, plus our fabulous driver, Anna. She negotiated the winding roads and brought us to two smaller vineyards to sample wines and have a hearty lunch. Oh, and there's a boat ride on the river, too.

Excellent tour
We loved the city history and our tour guide spoke excellent English. Sometimes tour guides have a strong accent and it’s challenging to understand but Maria was easy to understand. I loved the cable car/gondola ride and boat ride because we would not have done it on our own. The bookstore is a big challenge with it being so crowded. Paying at the bookstore was ridiculously hard. It was also very hard at the little coffee shop for 20 people to get their drinks and then get seating. It was extremely crowded.

Porto tours help you navigate the cathedral, convents, and colorful riverfront Old Town, plus take you further afield to explore vineyards and cruise down one of the country’s prettiest rivers. So whether you’re sampling port in atmospheric cellars, cycling along the promenade on an electric bike, or evening climbing to the top of an iron bridge, these Porto excursions are sure to enhance your trip.
