Fun making Pasta
The class is actually several classes taught in the same building. We arrived to a line to get in and were led to a room with 24 participants. There were classes occurring concurrently in other parts of this old and charming restaurant. Our chef Victoria was absolutely charming. Well engaged, witty, and happy to help. Wine was readily available to share with a good natured group. We made three types of pasta, two of which were stuffed, and ended with a great meal. Fun and targeted to armatures/beginners. If you've ever played with play-do you can do this. They provide all the ingredients and tools and are there to assist. One watch out, several groups arrived with small children and a couple infants. We were in the "three pasta" class which did not include a dessert. The families chose dessert options. We've grown children as do the couple we travelled with and were more interested in partaking in an adult event. By chance that's how we segregated so it worked wonderfully. May want to reach out/ask when signing up. Overall though, a great time and would recommend.

Florence “must do”!!
Do yourself a favor & book this incredible experience!! This is a “must do” experience in Florence! Francy & Frankie were absolutely brilliant hosts and this was a truly unique and unforgettable evening. I truly cannot express what a fantastic time we had! The home was stunning in the hills of Florence with incredible views in every direction. Both hosts made the cooking fun and delicious! The wine, the music, the laughs, and of course the food we made were all amazing. If I could give this more than 10/10 I would. The best experience we had on our Italian trip. 🇮🇹💕Highly recommended!

The best pasta making...
The best pasta making class! They didn’t care about skill levels, and everyone had a great time! We learned how to make 3 different pasta shapes and 3 kinds of sauce. Then we ate them all, and enjoyed gelato, too! Our teacher, Federico, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was absolutely the best! So much fun, so much delicious pasta and tiramisu. Sam, our fearless leader was fantastic at teaching us, making it fun and engaging all the participants. By the time we finished up, we were all friends! If you’re looking for a cooking class in Florence, this is your place!
