Jamie was great, knowledgeable, friendly, took care of everyone’s need.s. It was a very hot day so that changed the experience. People were not that hungry. I recommend it and the price can’t be beat. I suggest tipping.

Wonderful apartment - Close to “everything”.
Me, my husband, sister and brother in law- Simply loved this place:) Been here for a week, and we were to several excursions. Always near to ”everything”! St James’s Park (Tube Station) were quite at your doorstep. Perfect with the 2 bedrooms for us, the “extended” kitchen-living room! Would recommend this apartment for anyone :)

The young lady was fab and friendly and fun.. but the tour is not great. Eating food does not fit with travelling round the roads, as we had to eat on the go on the street! I spent £13 on a burger at the third venue and was not given time to buy and eat it. It took ten minutes to be served it! Then I was told we had to go, and that I could take it and eat at next stop?! so I had to take it with me and wait till next stop to eat in stress on the road with strangers! Embarrassing.
At first venue we were given ten minutes to choose, purchase, eat and get back to guide!
Noone could have them all..ie hot food like samosa, then fish n chips, then hot sandwich (burger) then pudding and then cheese and none of which we were given opportunity to sit down! The info about each area was minimal. This tour should be cancelled. Trying to do two things at once just doesn't work when they want it to end in two hours. May sound harsh but it's not. I Came home NOT a happy bunny with a cold half of the burger and too scared to reheat it as I have IBD. All food in sandwich shop was hot.. same at fish shop. Hot food needs eating immediately! We weren't given time to eat in comfort.

Dear Future Guests – please note that we have significant concerns regarding the accuracy of this review. Firstly, guests have their choice of food – guests are never forced to purchase anything for £13 – this was entirely this guests personal decision (some foods were less than £5). Secondly, we are puzzled why a person would book a food tour with a street food market if they were going to be 'stressed' eating on a street with strangers? Furthermore, all guests are given significant time to eat food at each stop, as well as being given exclusive seating at one of the stops which the evidence shows that this guest chose not to take up. Unfortunately we think this guest may just not be suited to food tours and would have had a negative experience regardless of which food tour in London they had booked. We have complete confidence in our product and tour guides and look forward to taking you on a tasty tour around London. This is VERY misleading. The food is not included in the ticket price at all. We purchased all food separately at each stop. We then had to order full portions instead of trying parts of things. The tour guide was nice and did a good job but we’d get to market and she said “I’d recommend…” instead of saying here try this amazing dish.

Dear Future Guests – please note that there is nothing misleading and this guest has simply chosen to ignore ALL of the information they were provided before booking. It is very clearly stated in the tour description (multiple times!) that food is not included in the price of the tour; so that guests can customise the tour to their wishes and save money compared to food tours that do include food. We had a great tour with Carolina. All the food was tried was delish. Very kid friendly too but still very good. It was great to see the East End. I wish I could have tried every stall at the market. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Mike and Adam guided us to several locations in East London, an area of London I hadn’t explored before. I was a little intimidated going to this area alone so this was the perfect way to experience it.
I was so glad that I did this tour because I learned and tasted so much, at our own expense, of course. We truly got to taste the BEST fish and chips in London. I had tried 2 others previously so I was able to agree lol. We made many other stops, 15 minutes each because there was so much to see. We also tried Indian food, went to a pop up food hall, another open food area. All wonderful. Not much time for sitting, fyi.
Mike and Adam were very social, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour especially if you’re a solo traveler. There were many families too.
