Amazing experience with breathtaking views

This tour was amazing, absolutely incredible experience, worth every penny and more. It’s not possible to describe, has to be seen and experienced in person. The arrangements were good, with drop off and pick up on a comfortable tour bus with a dedicated driver and a guide. The only thing I wish was different, it would have been great to have more time to spend in Lucerne. We barely had enough time to see main attractions due to long walks from and to the bus, as drop/pickup was a long distance away. We didn’t get the full experience of this beautiful city.

This is a beautiful part of Switzerland to visit and the tour is only half a day and conveniently starts in the early afternoon which allows for a non-rushed morning. I did the boat cruise, as did just about everyone else in my group, and I recommend it.

This excursion was beyond belief—a cross between James Bond and Jules Verne. the scenery is breathtaking and just when you think you can’t be any more impressed, a cloud moves and the view becomes even more remarkable. Not only are they so very knowledgeable and capable, but they were also so friendly and warm that it was like being with family. we suggest asking for them as they made the trip even more wonderful. We liked that we kept on a prompt time schedule that allowed is to see more than other groups. Finally, Andrea was so kind to suggest ideas for other tours and some fantastic restaurants. This is a buck list tour. The stops at the Rhine Falls, Lindau Germany, Austria and Vaduz Lichtenstein were once in a lifetime all in 1 day. John was our tour guide and great. He was so accomodating and answered every question clearly. I gave the tour a very good--HOWEVER be aware we were crammed into a tiny van. The front middle seat is not designed for a normal size adult. It is unsuitable for a 12 hour tour. That was my only complaint.

A great day and plenty of things to see

I was a little hesitant for this tour because of the 10 hour time frame but it turned out perfect. The meeting area is very close to the train station but keep in mind, you can't bring coffee on the bus. (Learned this the hard way...) Alexander our guide was great at describing things along the way to our first stop and the view is incredible. We arrived in Lucerne and were given about 2 hours to walk around which was plenty of time. After that we headed to Mt Titlis and had about 3 hours to see everything. You take a series of cable cars up to the top and have a few things to do and see while up there. If you are there during the summer, you will still probably see snow but you won't need winter clothes. Give yourself extra time to do the zipline and/or rowing in the small lake. You then finish up the day with a nice ride back to the bus station. They do pretty well on time getting you back at 7pm but the traffic might slow you down a little bit. Such a great tour and definitely worth the money! (The worst part of it is just a little bit of a tight fit on the bus, especially if you are tall or big).

The tour was great, with mild to moderate physical demand for the walking portion. Our tour guide, Teresa, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The tour ends with a beautiful and relaxing 1 hour boat ride on a small ferry around Lake Zurich. Be sure to pack a water bottle to fill out of the fountains, a hat or small umbrella for shade, and light clothing if it’s a sunny hot day. Oh and the chocolate was delicious!

Exactly as described but...

Exactly as described but could have added the number of steps involved. Didn't mind them, I can do that many, but we had like 20,000 steps when we thought there wouldn't be much at all with mostly train riding/viewing. I wouldn't change it, loved it, just saying probably should let people know so they for sure wear the correct shoes. We also decided to stay up in Interlaken after the tour left and they guide helped us out with detailed information on how to get back on our own. This was wonderful! We used the time to take the funicular up to the top in Interlaken - well worth the add!
