It was a lovely day. WS are guide needed us promptly. He was so friendly and warm making our group of strangers immediately bond. The car was a van and clean and nice. The giverny was delightful. It was a perfect day. I totally enjoyed this experience and would recommend this with 5 stars

Giverny Home and Versailles Palace day trip
Had limited time in Paris and this combo trip included two must-sees in one day - easy transportation and really, really good guides: Lili at Versailles and Anish at Giverny - both knowledgeable and helpful...

We were met near the Arc de Triomphe by our guide who transported us and three other guests to Giverny in a nicely appointed van. We were given a tour of Giverny village including the Monet tomb. Then we were given plenty of time to walk in the garden and visit the house. The drive back was smooth. It’s a great way to see Giverny while staying in Paris. Would recommend to friends.

Monet's Gardens are beautiful and our guide was wonderful.
A lovely half-day trip to Giverny, with a lovely guide. Crystal (I hope I've spelled that correctly) was an excellent guide and very nice of her to sort out the charging of my headphones (MacGuyver!). Giverny itself is beautiful and obviously such a huge inspiration for Monet. it was a really enjoyable tour.

People walking between green plants at Giverny during daytime, Paris
  • A Giverny tour is ideal for art enthusiasts, especially impressionism fans.

  • The journey to Giverny, along the banks of the Seine River and through the sunflower fields of Normandy, is almost as good as the destination.

  • There are no ATMs or currency exchange bureaus in the village, so be sure to bring cash.

  • Although hotels are available, the village's small size means availability is limited, so most people visit on day trips from Paris. Make sure to book in advance if you plan on staying overnight.

  • Giverny and Monet's Garden are partly accessible for wheelchair users although Monet's House is not.
